I really appreciate that I wasn't rushed at all. I took my time trying out every mattress to make sure I liked how it felt. No hard sales at all like some other stores. The mattress was delivered by very nice guys. Totally a positive purchase.

We purchased a very firm bed in 2020, not even 3 years later it’s sagging on All sides, my significant and i weigh less than 200lbs and our bodies now hurt again. We asked for a warranty replacement and they said no. They said they would send it out for inspection and repairs.. lol i said what?!? so we would have to be with out a bed for at minimum of a week and we would have to sleep on the couch??♂️??♂️, I won’t lie The bed was really good at first. It does not hold up, we purchase the complete foundation that they require from them. store employee and manager were not willing to help exchange or make it right whatsoever. DO NOT purchase from the store or original mattress factory does do not stand behind the warranty/product. Also… yes, I flipped the bed as many times as we needed to, very often.they know who I am they have my information they have a chance to make it right and I will maybe delete this review. stay away from this place.

I bought a mattress from the Original Mattress Store a while back. My mattress is still in great condition. The service l received was great. I'll always come back to the Original Mattress Store to buy my mattress and more.

Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also have a mattress company but in another state so I knew more than the average buyer. And the cost for the quality was very good. Also tried his best to accept our delivery schedule.

Glen was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with!! He was friendly and I felt zero pressure to purchase anything.I did end up buying a mattress and it's been amazing - lots of support and comfort. OMF products are high quality (made in the USA) and are very reasonably priced. I can't say that about the several other mattress brands that I've tried!

The manager, Glen is very friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. He let me put a down payment for my mattress, and is holding it for me. I really like the selection and how they are not pushy. Very happy so far. Will post more when I have paid for mattress and used it for a bit.

Wanted to buy a new mattress at a decent price. Went to a few places and decided to try them out. What a great decision! Lynn helped me out and he was so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. Their prices were very affordable compared to other places and higher quality. Also I’m receiving the mattress within the same week.

I just have to say that working with Glenn Kray the manager of the Apple Valley Minnesota location was a pleasure. The mattress was delivered promptly and it is sooooooooo comfortable!!!!!!!!! My husband and I will definitely be returning to OMF for our future mattress purchases!!!! Thanks Glenn for all of your assistance!
