How do you have a gas station with no bathroom for customers? Driving looking for gas and a bathroom, so I am thinking, thank goodness. I found a gas station and I need to use the bathroom so badly that I run in to prepay with cash and the cashier kinda chuckles and says. No, we don't have a bathroom. I thought he was kidding,, I said,, no,, you have to have a bathroom. He said no we don't. I said No Way,,, what kind of public service has gas station is this? They sell cannabis edibles, drinks, smoke stuff but no restroom for people buying gasoline. Then don't call it a Shell Station. Call it a Smoke Cannabis edibles shop with no public restrooms. Then I wouldn't have wasted my time and money.

The worker first put the pre pay on the wrong pump even though we were the only car there at the time then it didn’t let me pump and he said it’ll be refunded so I had to pay twice and I still have not gotten refunded

The produce truck that sells sweet corns parking in front of the gas station. They are not good sweet corn- so bland. Small. And already dried. Not really “candy sweet corn”. I was just trying to support locals.

93 octane from Shell is the best gas in the cities. Unfortunately this Shell sells 91.

After spending $60 on gas and $8.99 on a car wash. I pulled behind the building as there wasn’t any parking due to a produce truck being in the lot. I needed get a bill ready to go in the mail. Four police officers showed up and said that they received a call that I was trespassing. The police went in to talk to the attendant, and he told them that he wanted me off of his property and that I was parked on the grass. If I didn’t leave I would be given a ticket. The police officer said there’s no grass here to park on and that he would never return as a customer if I was him. They were kind to me, but I was still embarrassed and hurt by the whole thing.

Restroom out of order and my four year old child could no longer hold it. Rather than offering to use the employee restroom I was told that the police would be called if I allowed my son to go as an emergency behind the store. I was basically told to allow him to wet himself and to drive to speedway. My son would have never made it.

I love how low the prices always are! Usually the lowest in the area especially when I use my Shell rewards card! The staff is usually friendly, and the store (though small) is clean.
