I was last here in 2016. Great place to get work boots even though it's kind of expensive. The salesman I had was really nice. He made sure I had the right things for my work boots. Not sure if I'll be back again since I live elsewhere, but we'll see.

The staff at this location is pretty cool. But redwing as a company is turning into a joke. Couple weeks ago i went in for a pair of boots for work, iv worn redwings for 15+ years. Picked the pair out i wanted, got my feet scanned, it was all cool. Great service for the most part. Quick, knowlageable of the boot for my needs. The next day i get an email saying if you get your feet scanned, and you get a new pair of boots, you get a free pair of premium insoles. Thought it was wierd that noone at the store mentioned that. So i sent my wife in 2 days later with all the email for the promo, the reciept for the boots, and my foot scan email. They said they have to do a full return of the boots, and repurchase them in order to honor the promo…. So now we’re tying up $300 for 7-10 business days assuming it all goes well. And i have to take time off work to drive 35 minutes in to do this, because they aren’t open when i get off work. Get ahold of customer service, they say the same thing, except redwing as a company will not refund the store if they don’t do it this way. In 2024 your telling me theres no other way for a company to run there own promo through their system other then doing it this way? Come on. Not only that, but this promo wasnt advertised anywhere. Except for when you purchase a pair of boots and they email you about it. Garbage. I wont be using redwing anymore. Not only that, but for $300, why don’t they come with the comfiest insoles they offer. Premium priced boot, with less then the best they have to offer? Kinda strange.

I was in this store after I had bought a pair of shoes for my son at a different location. The first pair was too small.We were told to come to this location, to get a pair that fit. They didn't have them. No problem. I asked to order them, guy said he was too busy to order then because customers were coming in. I already bought a pair and was just trying to exchange them. The guy helping me was extremely rude and impatient. I asked to order the shoes multiple times. He didn't. He suggested a different shoe but then said he didn't have any that were my sons size. In the middle of "helping" us he just stopped and started talking to a new customer. I had to grab my old pair from behind the counter on the floor as he stood there talking to someone that came in after us. I felt very disrespected and was embarrassed in front of the other customers. I will never return to this location and will have any future shoes shipped to another store. I have never had an experience like this at a red wing and am shocked at the customer service of this location.

Walked in, custom fitted with technology, then walked out in 5 minutes. Dude, tied my shoes, lol. What is this customer service 5/5. Individually attentive and gave individual time to me and the guy waiting. Deserves to be busier.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this store; Erik was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. And his honesty & integrity is refreshing to say the least. After I left the store, they found that I had been over charged because I switched the shoe boxes during my fitting, so they called me back so they could refund me the difference. I’m very happy with my boots and with my experience at this store, I will repeat.

20 years of getting boots every year, first time ever new person working desk would help me get correct boots for work. Time to move in from this Redwing Store.
Really unfortunate, gentleman I had been buy boots from every year was Awesome!
