This clinic is the best of the best! All of the staff make my family feel like THEIR family every time we walk in, from the people working the front desk, to the nurses, to the doctors. Dr. Dufort in particular has been SUCH a gift to my family. He goes above and beyond every time we go in for a visit to connect with both me and my children, takes the time to REALLY see them as people verses a collection of symptoms, and is always extremely thoughtful and thorough in his assessments and recommended treatments. My kids love him. We love him. Oh, and when I sawy he goes above and beyond - that includes taking my panicked calls outside of business hours to help make sure my kiddos are OK and my mind as a parent is at ease. He is a rare gem in a field that has gotten so increasingly impersonal and complicated. We feel so lucky. I'd recommend this clinic to everyone - even though it's a 30 minute drive there for us. Worth every minute!

We love Dr Erin. My son is always so excited to see her. She is sweet and such an amazing listener! She listens to my concerns and always reassures me as a mom that means so much!

Dr. Dufort is amazing along with the nurses I have worked with however, the billing department and the way it is ran is terrible and is enough to make me star searching for new clinics. They have not billing my insurance companies first in multiple occasions and tell me that it's my fault for it even though I've given them the information on multiple occasions.

Dr Dufort, Andrea, medical and office staff do an amazing job with our child. Every concern is discussed throughly, kindly, informatively. We are offered choices for best care options and are truly listened to with our questions and choices fully supported. The abundant care Dr Dufort puts into caring for his patients and families is apparent. He has gone above and beyond for us. When my little one had an surprise concern from a procedure, he had us stay beyond normal hours helping us try to address it. Ultimately he called his network at Children’s Minnesota and found us the best treatment to address the issue! I have incredible respect for his expertise, bedside manner, and willingness to help find appropriate resources in a situation. The entire team is amazing. From the front desk answering phone calls regarding a sick baby to the nurses and medical assistants giving immunizations, they are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The nurse practitioners in this clinic are compassionate and will answer any questions. The medical field is tough right now with long hours due to staffing issues and ever expanding rules and regulations. I am grateful for the care and interactions provided to me with this clinic. You don’t often find a gem like this for pediatric care.

Steer clear of this clinic- especially if you have kids with ADHD. They have clearly accepted too many patients and can’t keep up with their current workload. Days to call in prescriptions and weeks to see a child for that isn’t a same day sickness. I have never felt more helpless as a parent trying to get my child medical care as I have with this clinic. Every month, getting their meds and prescriptions called in and filled has been days if not weeks of calls and tears. We have never experienced anything like it. (Even with five kids!) Needed a med check to deal with an ADHD med issue and was told it would be 4ish weeks to see any provider. Apparently, the management of a child’s ADHD isn’t part of caring for their patients. If a child is on ADHD meds, they can’t just go with out or deal with one that isn’t working for a month or more until a provider can fit them in. Might be an okay office if you only need to be seen for an ear infection or other simple virus, but if you need any sort of care that isn’t an immediate sickness- it will be at least a month before they will get you in. It’s basically a glorified urgent care.

My children have been going to this clinic for 4 years and during this time we have never been disappointed. All the staff from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor are very polite and professional. Thank you Eagan Valley Pediatrics for treating us as a family!!!

We go to Eagan Valley Pediatrics for over 4 years, ever since we moved to the area. I always had an amazing experience here! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They always able to set same day appointments for my kids when they sick.Thank you Dr. Duford and staff!!!

They don’t care if your baby is in a huge hysterics that is unable to breathe regularly. They do they work like robots. If you want to avoid heart attack of your baby and stop medical procedure that already was done and they have a results, they will cancel contract with you? Doctors, I just want to remind you that you are pediatricians, not a programs. Let be more flexible

Update: I left the below review a week ago. Dr. Dufort was kind enough to call my daughter and give her the number for a different place for a neuropsych. Exactly the same wait time (first week of summer). So still no help to get her through this year. So frustrating.We have been taking our children Eagan Valley Peds since they were born and Dr. Dufort is fantastic. Unfortunately, they have grown so that you will only see the CNP’s. My daughter has had a history of mild attention issues, but we have helped her manage it at home rather than opt for medications. This year, she is a freshman in college, and had a rough first semester with time management and focus. In January she completed the ADHD forms and had an apt at Eagan Valley Peds for anxiety and attention. They suggested she meet with a therapist, which she did and has bi-weekly appointments with a therapist in Wisconsin. She has begun a low-dose anxiety med. They also recommended a neuropsych, which we scheduled – but they can’t see her until this summer. My daughter went back for second semester ready to start fresh, but quickly became frustrated that she just can’t stay focused. I contacted Eagan Valley and asked Eagan Valley to help with an ADHD med to get us through the interim until her neuropsych. I NP declined. I called to try again – as her therapist also believes she has ADHD and suggested meds, she does not need a neuropsych to have ADHD medication prescribed, she has a history with ADHD concerns(assessed through Eagan Valley), and she is an adult – reporting that she is struggling to stay focused regardless of where she studies. Again – the NP declined, telling Teagan she would have to go a different route. They did not provide any guidance. She sees a therapist, she is on anxiety meds, and she is taking an “academic success” course at school due to her first semester low grades. I feel as though we have already tried the other routes. I called one last time, asking to leave a message for Dr. Dufort (or get an email address for him) and was told I could only leave a message on the nurse line. I was not allowed access to my children’s doctor. I left a final message, this time asking that it go to Dr. Dufort and never heard back. We are moving on – finding a GP. Disappointed to end twenty-one years at this clinic this way.

I've taken my son here since he was born and have the most pleasant experiences here every step of the way. The staff has always been kind and the doctors actually take time and listen. I highly recommend this clinic.
