Even though I mostly see them when something went wrong I'm always happy to talk to the folks at Andy's. They're always friendly, patient, and willing to be as thorough or as simple as I need when explaining things.
I've taken 3 different vehicles here now and always leave satisfied with their work. Even put a second alternator in my car for me after the first one that was installed died. Took care of the warranty and replacement for free.

I will continue to go to Andy's.
For the past 21 years I chose Andy's again and again. As my life changed thru being single..married and widowed my automotive anxiety has been calmed by my Andy's excellent experience every time. I feel that I have the best automotive team working for me and I can leave all my lack of car knowledge at the door..they have my best interest in mind. I can sit back and listen to Chester as my car is being worked on.
My car is ready for a summer adventure! Thank you!

My niece and I were going down 169 on Tuesday, June 18 before 5pm. We were stopped due to traffic. As the traffic started to go, my niece's vehicle wouldn't move. Had to call a tow truck and have it towed to Andy's. I suffer from anxiety big time. This was my first experience with a vehicle sitting in a lane of traffic not knowing why the car isn't going. I called Andy's to explain that the car was being taken to them. Answered all of the woman's questions best I could. She was so nice! She made a horrible experience a bit less horrible. Thank you for that. As far as getting the car fixed, terrific experience there also!!

I had brought in a older Sante Fe for diagnosis and possible repair. The car is old and is going on its last legs. Andy's Auto suggested we repair a few things, besides the underlying issue (engine timing) i believe. We took their word for it and made the repairs. After the repairs and payments were made, we were unsatisfied with the service and we made communication with Jodi to help resolve this issue. After some communications and time, we were able to have Jodi refund us our full repair bill and give us the car back. They made it right! We are now satisfied and will continue business with them. It was refreshing to hear they opened a barrel of monkeys and they were willing to take the hit for the customer. We are thankful.

What a wonderful hometown auto maintenance shop! Honest and valuable! I had a vibration after getting new tires at Costco. Brought it back to Costco 3 times and they told me it wasn't the tires and to bring it to a certified shop to look at the suspension. So, I brought my car to Andy's and the tires were way off balance and my car has no suspension problems! I also asked Andy's to give my car a full checkup while it was up on the hoist. They didn't even charge me for the extra time of inspection. It's nice to find a shop that doesn't charge you for every second of labor and for parts I don't need. I'll be letting Costco know they should have their tire balance equipment serviced!! ? Thanks again Andy's Service and Roger the mechanic who worked on my car!! ?
