Overall, nice place and nice staff. I have been here a few times and enjoyed my time. Good options for paints as well.
I only wish they had more options for dishes, or household items.

hope this helps Donna , the owner . Donna is a slave driving boss , watches her employees on her camera while almost every shift is going . she also doesn't give her employees breaks or lunch breaks which is illegal !!! they are expected to work all day without even sitting down , she actually had a meeting because they sitting for lunch , she called our daughter because she sat down to quick eat her lunch . as you will seee in other reviews when she is there she yells at her employees across the room in front of customers. she runs her business with minimal employees but is so short staffed she expects employees to be there so sick most employers would not even allow you to stay . Donna is a horr boss, doesn't care about her employees but expects her employees to feel bad for her !!!! I would never tell my daughter to quit with no job lined up but I did in this case ! everyone has rights but Donna doesn't care !!!

My 10 year old daughter has been there a couple times... she asked to have her 11th birthday there yesterday. We did not do the party package- just because we didn't have quite enough people, but our experience was great! Very welcoming and had our table reserved and they even accomidated a couple extra heads by adding a table to our original! Super helpful and friendly!!!Me- mom being head of entertainment for her birthday felt relaxed and able to paint my own as well! Cute place&fun! I would recommend! It's really good for all ages! But for sure 9-12 perfect birthday idea! N moms n dads- they've got stuff for you to paint as well! ???Our whole group was happy with how it went!(This was a Saturday afternoon! )

Friendly employees, a great selection of colors, no sitting fee and no fees for the fancier paints!! The pottery was done in a timely manner and we had gotten it just in time for Mother's Day. Highly recommend Color City Pottery!

DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A GREEDY OWNER. My initial impression was positive, I came in and picked out a fun project with friends and worked hard on it for my daughter's room. I got halfway done and they had to close, they told me to fill out a sheet and it would go on a special shelf and I could come back and finish it, apparently lots of people do this. However, when I came back to finish it, they had already fired it. I understand mistakes happen so I was kind and asked to just start a different project since I had already paid the $35. The sweet high schooler working had to call the owner several times and finally was told, no we have to add paint to the already fired project and that doing that would be difficult and may not look good when it was all done, but the owner didn't seem to care. Such a disappointing end to what should have been fun experience. Also they only post 5 star reviews on their site so you can't get an idea of what people really think

I went with my kids for Mother’s Day and had them paint me mugs. They turned out great and they dip it in a clear glaze - it makes it look really nice.I will be coming back! We loved it! Perfect little shop- lots of items to paint - fair price

Nice afternoon to spend with the family. Plenty of choices. The store is nicely organized with plenty of space. We called to reserve the table. Maybe a little pricey depending on the piece you decide to paint. But, it's a nice way to build memories.

Donna (owner) is the rudest woman I have come in contact with in quite some time. She yells at her employees from across the store and belittles them in front of a full store of people. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating people that way. I will never come back and I hope your employees dont either.

Worst experience! I visited this place with my sister and my niece about a year and a half ago. The woman running the establishment was such a miserable person. She made the whole experience awful. If you're going to try this, please consider going to Buffalo. I don't know what the place is called but they're warm and helpful.

Didn't realize how much I missed Color City til my daughter & I went last week. We painted & laughed, talked, & spent quality mother daughter time. They have such great variety of projects to do!!!
