Can't get enough of Shamrock Meats! My teenager isn't sure what magic skills Emily has with her cows but the steaks are beyond amazing. Same goes for so many other choices of beef, chicken, and pork.

I tried this company last week, and glad I did! 2 racks of baby backs and 5 lbs of bacon. Price was right (included delivery to my front door) and both were fantastic. Can't wait for my next order to arrive!

Wonderful family, and fantastic, flavorful, delicious local meats! Superb service and the quality for the price absolutely cannot be beat. This is now the only beef I buy, looking forward to cooking the brisket I picked up this morning. :)
