“I always drive to the Holland location from Muskegon due to the quality of service there. Employees are always very helpful and professional. Never had 1 bad experience here. I refuse to go to the Muskegon avis as the manager there is extremely rude and unprofessional, almost everyone I know that has rented from the Muskegon avis has had an issue there. So if anyone in the area is looking to rent a car it's worth taking the drive to Holland and rent, not to mention the prices are lower in Holland also because they don't have all the extra fees that the airport locations have.”

“Renting from this site was fantastic. The man running the place on December 22 was kind and made sure all of our bases were covered. We were given the Nissan Kicks to drive, and I love it. It was spacious, got great mileage, and was clean. The wiper blade split when we were in Ohio and the Hertz there arranged to have it replaced. Whether you book online or over the phone, pick this rental facility.”

“I have never rented a car before and have no complaints about the process. I used an online service that led me to this location at the airport.
