0 stars. I watched waves of people enter this post office in the middle of the afternoon and only 1 person working the mail counter. She was rude to multiple customers in her line. Waiting for passport services is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen. They schedule appointments during walk in hours so even when you arrive before everyone else, you are put to the back of the line. And people who show up 30 min late for their appointments still get to go ahead of you. But, you cannot make an appointment online because their website never sends the verification code after re-trying for DAYS and you cannot call their office because you are shuffled around the automated phone system UNTIL YOU HANG UP. 15 people waiting in a corner and 1 rude person working. You got about a 30% chance of accomplishing what you came to the post office to do. 70% chance you’ll just waste your time.

Got one person working. The worker has been chit chatting for 10 minutes with one person while there's 8 people in line. The worker is unprofessional and has an attitude.

The clerk that assisted me was very nice and professional something that you just don't get much anymore. Middle aged gentleman and I should have gotten his name.

Was on the phone with them for about 20 mins trying to change the shipping address of my incoming package. They told the carrier the correct address and they still took the package back to the office and closed early. Complete waste of both of our time.

These folks take great care of me when I come by. There's no self-service station so you will have to speak to one of two tellers. Anthony was very kind and efficient this morning with my transactions. I'll be back to visit again!

I have never had a package arrive on time when delivered by USPS. Amazon, UPS or any other shipping agency is always on time or early.

They are great, pretty much all of the workers are pleasant enough -- tho no one is ever overly friendly anymore -- & usually do a great job. There is parking on the side but very limited.My question is: couldn't there be one night where they stay open later??? Like the Secretary of State office does, or did before Covid. For ppl that work until 5PM! Thank you!!!

I mailed a package yesterday afternoon in the downtown Ypsilanti post office, going to BayCity. They said it should be delivered bySaturday, but was delivered today, in less than 24 hours. Thank you alol for excellent service!!!!
