This store looks like private store for bad people don't know how they treatment with the people and respect them .. someone his name Murad as the name on his tag.. so stupid person unpolite rude one .Must the company change those people who's make a bad reviews to the company.

Do not go to this store while Mohamed Saleh is there. The man is a scam artist. I went in because my phone died due to water damage, and I needed to reactivate my old phone. He told me it would be $65, but for a total of $80 I could get a Moxie tablet for free, as a special offer since I'd been with metro since 2017. I thought, ok sure, if I'm paying $65 anyways, 15 more for a tablet seems nice. I asked him, twice, "this is not going to raise my monthly, right?" He told me no. He then said "I'm going to hook you up with a screen protector and case." The language here led me to believe this was being thrown in at no extra charge, since the total was still $80. While ringing me up, I noticed there was no case, I asked him about it, and he said he couldn't get in the case in there too... In reality, he only charged me $20 to reactivate my phone $20 to activate a new phone line for the tablet $15 for the first month of a monthly recurring unlimited SD video plan for the tablet and $40 for the screen protector. He did not give me the itemized receipt either, so I left that day not knowing I had just paid $40 for a screen protector. The next day, I got a text on the tablet saying my next bill would be $45, and I immediately went back to the store and confronted Mohamed about it. He wouldn't even look at me, and just lied through his teeth, saying he told me it was $15 a month, and he told me the screen protector was $40. You can get these things on amazon for 10-15. I never buy accessories at metro because they are always marked up, but he didn't even confirm with me before putting the screen protector on, he just put it on after saying he was gonna hook me up, while I was busy checking my bank account to make sure I had the money for this whole thing... To top it all off, metro customer support can't refund the activation fees, or subscription fees, and the store wont refund the screen protector, even if Mohamed was cooperating. They can only refund me price I paid for the tablet, which was $0. I'm sure he knew all of this at the time, and was just trying to make a sale by any means, even if it meant lying and scamming. I'm still waiting to hear back from his area manager, and failing that I'll be escalating this to corporate, but this should never have happened, and has resulted in me wasting an entire weekend on the phone with metro support. oh, he also changed the pin on myMetro account, so I couldn't even log in and check this stuff without calling metro support.

In all the metro T-mobile stores i have been, this is the best in customer service. Sam is a very nice guy and well knowledgeable about his job. Go and see him and you'll be well taken care of.

The store sucks. I brought a brand new phone. The charger didn't work. I was given a charger off the floor My phone is having trouble charging because I don't have the original charger. The best they can do is say go to Corporate. I didnt buy my phone from Corporate. When they were taking my money they were all in. Do yourself a good favor. Go to Corporate for better full service.
