•New• Had a great experience with Brian from Gene Butman via Mobile Service. My '24 Edge required a PCM reprogram. Brian was on time, friendly and professional. All set in 20 minutes. Highly recommend the mobile service, very convenient!

Gene Butman Ford contacted me about a recall for my Ford Fusion via text which was awesome. They offered coming to my location to perform the recall. The mobile service was wonderful the staff person Brian was polite and contacted me the day of too let me know that he was a little off schedule. She. He arrived he shared all of the mobile services Butman Ford offers including oil changes at no additional cost. He expeditiously made the updates to my vehicle and was on his way. I will definitely use the mobile service going forward. It was so easy to schedule and convened to my schedule

Great mobile technician experience. From scheduling via text with Haley to Brian coming out to our house for two recall repairs - everyone was extremely kind and mindful of our <week old baby at home. Brain even chatted about parenting for a few minutes (not too long, just the right amount to get a nice back and forth) and was extremely friendly and positive the whole time. He explained the work he was doing, why it was necessary from a safety stand point and future mobile services that Gene Butman offers. 10/10

I been Butmans customer since early 80’s. Bought numerous cars from them. Lost the count. Bought only from them because of their service department. In 40 some years they have yet failed to deliver good service.
