Don't understand all the problems you all are having but we are on a5g plan, unlimited talk, text and whatever, pay $35 a month. I don't know where these people are trying to charge for extra stuff. I use the location on Rawsonville Rd, and if we have a problem, no questions asked. Never been charge any kind of fee to help us out. Need to change your store apparently.

They are very bad. I bought two phones for my friend and after a while the lines stopped and they are still taking money every month. I want to go file a complaint against them.

Better off switching to metro for a cheap phone service . The boost store and customer service won’t help with your problems, they will make sure they take your payment though !

I went in for my free sim card upgrade for my phone and the guy didn't even mention a service charge. So he charges me over $20 to install a new sim card in on phone and I had to do the other phone myself because I didn't have it with me. This was boost's thing, not mine. I shouldn't have had to pay for anything. And if there was a service charge for his time he wasn't reimbursed for he should've taken it up with boost, not me or at least warned me of the charges before performing the service.

Went in to buy a phone. Was told they had nothing under $140. Went on boost mobile website and got a phone for $80 with a 6.2inch screen. Tried selling me a $60 phone for 2x the price. Complete joke for customer service. Tried to tell me I may need a new number if I get a new phone. Dude was a clown

That samurai reviewer works at the store. Absolute crooks. They sell low quality stuff for a 5 or 10 dollar discount and then it breaks down a couple days later. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE
