I walked in an half hour before closing, gave the man behind the Counter the choice to cut my hair or I can come back, it was Friday and a half hour before closing and he said let's do this, I have not had a cut cut since Christmas, ( I believe his name was Clint but not for sure I'm terrible with names) he acted like he had all day and we had a good conversation, I was super impressed, he did a great job and took time to go over my cut to make sure it was perfect. He did a great job, thanks again,

These people do not know how to cut hair correctly. I had to go back for a redo twice for the same cut, only to have it trimmed even worse. I am done with this place. I like my hair spiked on top. It is now cut at different angles and will not stand up. Who just cuts spiked hair forward, rather than straight up? I am so embarrassed to be seen because of how bad it looks. 3 stylists later. 3rd one only had to thin my bangs out they were so thick. She couldnt do anything with the rest, it was so bad. Anyone know of a good salon? I am retired, but will never go to this place again. The 3 in my area are all bad.I even got yelled at by a girl in front of everyone, for coming in for a redo she messed up. Not good business at all. I thought they guaranteed a 100% satisfaction? My haircut shouldve been free. The dude who cut my hair the 1st redo, ran in the back room, nd never came back out when i came in 2nd time. He knows what he did, as I called him, and informed him.
Requested style: Spiked hair on top. They totally cut off a part in the back that shouldve been spiked. Nothing there but a bald spot. Stylist told me i have 2 devil horns on top. Really? Who just tells their client that?

Good haircut
Stylist: Although I don't know this, I think the stylist may have been a recent cosmetology grad. They seemed a little tentative and did not follow basic procedures such as placing the neck tissue with the opening in the back so it stayed in place when the apron was fastened . . . got a lot of hair down my neck. I also noticed when they showed me the finished work with a mirror, the back appeared chopped. I pointed this out and the stylist fixed it. All that being said, I got a great haircut, one of the best I've received. My hair lays well and can be hand combed into place when I get hit with a gust of wind. I'm surprisingly happy with the results.

I came here for the first time last week and asked for a trim. I have bangs. I asked him to cut my bangs to be like the curtain bangs I’ve always had and he cut them way above my eyebrows and straight across. I have no idea how to get it fixed or if I even can. I grew my hair out after chopping it completely off and it was so thick and long. After he cut my bangs, he thinned my hair, which I never asked for and the bottom half of my hair wasn’t even touched/trimmed. I feel so ugly and am so sad about the way I look currently. He was a nice guy and we had good conversation until he was done and my hair was dried. I just wanted to cry. I ran out so fast. I will say that great clips is always gonna be a place where you get what you pay for. So, I guess I’m not blaming anyone, but this was not a good experience for me and it’ll be a while until I gain back my confidence after this haircut.

The wait was short and the young lady was cheery but not overtalkative, which I liked. The price was decent and it didn't take too long once I was in the seat. Will come again next month!
