I used the app to make an appointment and in 5 minutes was sitting in a chair for my hair cut. The stylest was friendly she took her time to understand what I wanted. She was fast and did great work.

Checked in with app before leaving my house. It said I had 24 minutes. I live less than a mile from the salon. I got there and they bumped me off. Said I didn’t get there in time when the app said 24 minutes. There were like end of the line I guess. I have seen this happen to other customers in the past. So it’s a common theme. I have been a customer for a few years. I will not be spending anymore money with this business.

We all know great clips is like Russian roulette with your hair. However Derrick was outstanding. Definitely loves and cares about his job. I gave him the go-ahead to do whatever haircut he thought would look good . I do this often and most the time the hair pro is caught off guard and has no idea what to do (I usually come in with a full head of hair ) . Not Derrick , Derricks like “say no more “ and 15 minutes later I was looking pretty sharp.

Great place to get a trim. All the stylists are very nice and give great recommendations. The bad reviews posted on here seem to be from entitled people who expect a $100 VIP cut when it's a $20 haircut, stop whining.
