It's a pricey renovation to do however you are paying for the convenience of it all being completed in 1 day, in and out. This is 2nd time using them and would recommend to anyone not wanting to have a bathroom torn up for weeks during a renovation.

This place is a complete joke! First off, it was all installed completely wrong leaving us with MOLD and excess water up under our tub. Literally walking on a water bed. We called to have this fixed, after being transferred 500 times we finally got an appt for a tech to come out to fix the issue.. the soonest the tech could come out was a month later. Clearly they don’t care about mold exposure. He came out, didn’t even replace or clean the mold out, instead he drilled holes into our liner, drained the water and caulked over the holes. He then proceeded to tell us they’d be back out in two weeks to replace the whole shower/tub and clean out all the mold that is under it. Fast forward a month later, still no call to have this happen. I just called them, to again be transferred multiple times and told they were only replacing the bottom part where they put the holes. I let them know again the whole thing needs to be redone due to the mold, now I have to wait for someone else to call me so they can look at it before it’s scheduled. Meanwhile, we have been exposed to MOLD for months now and they don’t seem to care. We were ensured from the very beginning that we would not have mold issue, that was a lie and this product is faulty. Please read reviews and DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

We converted our tub to a walk-in shower and bathfitters did a beautiful job. One man came in and completed the transformation in a day and a half. The shower is exactly what we ordered.
We are very pleased with Bathfitters!

These people are HACKS. 11months ago they installed the shower. They installed the shower curtain to high. They measured front the wrong place. If measured correctly it wouldn't be 2in to high for the shower curtain to overlap.
1st call to replace the Drywall screws they used to mount everything. So I don't get rust lines and problems down the road.
They only replaced 1 screw not all. And let they screw not tight, not even close.

They waited 8 months to have the city inspector come look and sign off the permit. So that never happened also.

Water damage issues as a result of a poor install. They came to redo the shower, but the subfloor is still damaged, and I think the way the shower was installed will continue to cause moisture issues behind the shower as the sides are not wrapped around the frame by the door. Instead there are poorly caulked plastic strips around the edges. I had to speak with a consumer advocate to get them to come and repair issues. Upon the second repair, the person left the shower leaking behind the wall and installed the temperature gage backwards (cold is hot, hot is cold). Not worth the headache and worry. Photos to come.
