I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. The women who works the front always waves to me and is professional. The facility is clean, the units are well taken care of. Never had a problem with rodents even being so close to the river. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion. The cheapest I’ve found in the area. All around I feel good about my stuff being stored here.

Wyandotte mini storage do young lady that wears glasses with blonde hair at the front desk is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with I had a unit when I went to empty my unit and move my stuff she got very very unprofessional use profanity cussed me out in front of my 12-year-old nephew cussed out my cousin that got there before me would not let anybody use her restroom it was 95° would not let anybody use any water to wet their face or anything called the police because something was wrong with the code to get in the police told her she had no right calling the police on my cousin or myself the police told us we were in the right she is ignorant unprofessional the most rude person I have ever dealt with and I will never ever send anybody to Wyandotte storage I know five people to have storage bins there and I will let them know how she treated me and I'm also calling to better Business bureau to let them know and complain and my friends will be leaving taking their stuff to another storage facility because these people are the most ignorant people I've ever dealt with in my life and I've dealt with some bad people assistant manager was very very sweet and nice on the phone with me but that young lady that was behind the counter needs to be fired thank you if this is read by anybody else other than the office staff trust me go somewhere else

The front desk girl is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with she was very rude and wouldn't let me use the bathroom she said there's no public restroom she was very rude and b***** and she called me profanity names I would never recommend the storage unit

What an absolutely terrible experience. She did not even greet us , my companion said he was looking for a storage unit, she said snipped “sorry we are all full” we said “OK....so how long is the wait list?” she said “it’s really long honestly....reallly long” no explain of how long.....he said “OK thanks” and walking out I said to my friend “wow that was f#*king weird And the chick snap back like “you’re fu#*ing weird!”Super unprofessional but she definitely had some spunk in her. Rude!
