Poor customer service, very unprofessional. Never has proper equipment to match phones they provide. Always out of the phone that they advertised and want to sell to you. when you agree upon the phone that you like, they go to the back and come back and say they don't have that phone.waited over thirty minutes to be assisted.

Nathan was extremely helpful. He didn’t force me into something I didn’t want. I was considering the iPhone 13 mini. That is a major size difference from the 8+, so he had me hold it and mess around with it while we spoke to see if I could get used to the size. I was really gonna go for it but realized after some time, I likely would have returned it. It was nice to work with someone so patient. He also was helpful with showing me how to clear a lot of data usage on my phone! I definitely would recommend going in to see him!

My dear friend and I were in this store last week...and we had the great pleasure of Nathan taking care of the problem ⭐️⭐️⭐️ He was so polite, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening and how to not let that happen again.Kudos to you Nathan and thanks so very much !

Excellent customer service by Nathan. He solved my problem with my new phone in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store because at another T-MOBILE I was told my playlist could not be transferred to my new phone but Nathan did it quickly and he was very professional. Thank you! I went into the store about a year ago. It was at the beginning of the merger with sprint. I was a sprint customer at the time needing to upgrade my phone and was eligible for an upgrade. I was told by David N if I were to change my number and get a different plan, the amount of the plan would not change and I would receive $600 over the course of monthly installments as they had a deal. I gave him my old phone assuming it was for a trade in and was told that I didn't need to trade in my phone to get this deal. He seemed really nice and friendly and I was overwhelmed that day and trusted him as he announced he was the store manager. The credits were never applied to my account. I have had a lot of issues with service during this merger. I called T-Mobile to hopefully have the situation resolved after two months (I was told it would show up in one or two statements). They said no deal existed but there was nothing they could do since I didn't purchase the phone from them on the phone or on their website. They refused to take accountability for their employee. A year later, my phone was damaged and I received a replacement in the mail from the insurance company they work with, asurion. Asurion sent the replacement with a SIM card but I had to go into a store to have it activated. David was my representative again. I didn't go in there trusting him due to my previous encounter and it was an awkward experience. When he asked me to keep my phone, I held onto it to make sure nothing sketchy was happening. He made a comment of "I know what I'm doing" and raised his voice slightly. Someone was with me who didn't know the situation and commented on how weird it was and said "I felt like I was in the seventh layer of hell" with how awkward it was. I don't trust T-Mobile. They will say anything to get their commission. Switching to another company isn't my priority and this point, but I will be switching soon. I do not recommend this store.

Went in to upgrade and was told one price with accessories. After my card was charged I got nothing I was told. They know their rules and conditions and should tell you that before they charge your card.Not professional at this location. I will always use flat rock.She was about to activate phones without even asking a color preference... ? never again.
