Brought my escape here to have the transmission fixed. They weren't supposed to be able to start on it for about a week after I dropped it off. The work was supposed to take about another week. I had a back within the same week. It's been about 2 weeks since I've gotten it fixed and there are no issues.

This place is a joke. Took a truck up there recently, they did not even look at it properly. Please do not come here, go anywhere else besides here for transmission problems.
