Terrible! Enter at your own risk! Place used to be great! Now its terrible.. calibration is totally off my car comes out half clean! and nobody bothers to pre-wash anymore. They damage my car (due to not adjusting properly) ripped my luggage rack right off... along with the seal up there, I was stuck in a car wash from hell beating the heck out of my car, until they finally shut it down due to the pieces of my car that were ripped off getting stuck in the track! Initially, after watching the video they were very apologetic, but now have only offered a half ass fix to the problem. Canceling our business account with them!

Paid for the expensive wash and my car is still dirty. The quality of this car wash has gone e down hill.

I have been going to this place since it opened and I agree with many of the others that they started out great, but have gone downhill since then. They used to spray your car and take their time prepping it prior to the wash, but now it seems to be a quick spray on the windshield. The only attendant never smiles and finds his job a nuisance (at least that's what his body language says). Doesn't matter what level of service you purchase, the car never comes out completely clean, especially on the back end of a SUV. Yes, I said never. Truly. The free vacuums are nice though. I don't see the value if the car is never truly clean after running through the wash, whether you pay $8 or $20.

I was literally robbed. I "joined" while they had a special, but we only used it 3x total for 2 cars. I planned to cancel, but received an email saying my credit card wasn't working and that they would cancel my account. I figured that would take care of it. Well, it was on a card that's utilities only so I rarely check purchases. 14 months of $89 since the email. On-site manager says he needs his boss to fix it, but nobody calls me back. They literally stole about $1.3k from me and must think that acceptable business practice. What a horrible business! No integrity.

Stellar car wash. Out does the rest in the area by far. My car is always prime when I leave here. Staff is super friendly and helpful when needed. Free vacuums to remove my kids messes. Detail items available to really clean the car. I’d rather detail it myself because I know the job will get done. Great wash!

I went through the other day the front, hood, top and back of my car were not cleaned at all. When I spoke with the person on duty she gaslit me saying that is was because the shape of my car and that the equipment needed a “retrack”. They let me go through again, and I noticed that the brushes that clean the center of the car weren’t even lowering from the ceiling.This is the final time ever going here.I needed up going to another car wash at Farmington and 9mile, where the wash was very good. The shape of my car didn’t seem to matter to them.

This was one of my favorite spots to get my car cleaned i was a member with them i was there almost everyday unfortunately i had to move to somewhere else i made sure i canceled my monthly payment with one of the managers one month later I’m still getting charged I call and the same manager answered. It was a lady she didn’t let me talk or explain and started saying we can’t help that so im supposed to be like oh OK and let my money go, on top of that she really had a bad attitude and wasn’t speaking to me in a right way this is ridiculous.

When this place first opened it seemed top notch. Just went through again on Saturday, paid for the $8 wash.....missed the entire back of my car. Didn't prewash the passenger side.Didn't dry the car either. Will not be returning as we could get a better result elsewhere.

I went through the car wash I did the $19 turbo. Wash was fine not worth the money. Biggest problem is lvl of concern and communication for damage to my vehicle from their wash. I have power mirrors and fold them in for every wash half way through the wash their equipment pulled my mirror out. When I got to the blowers for the dry my mirror was wedged on the dryer and shattered. The gentleman work long had me fill out a sheet but didn’t take any pictures and jaded me the managers card. I have called twice a day for the past 5 days as well as sent emails with no response. I’m just glad I documented everything with pictures and dashcam footage so I can hold them accountable! It obvious they don’t want to fix this so I guess I will have to go the legal route.

Nice car wash. Usually does a great job for an auto wash. Never too long of a line. Monthly plans are reasonable. And has many vacuums after you are done washing.

Hit or miss car wash. Sometimes it cleans your car, most times it does not. I went on 3/26/23 and the kiosk where you pay was not working correctly-no problem let them run the card inside. I purchased the most expensive wash ($19). Per usual, only the front, drivers side and rear were pre-sprayed. Passenger side is never sprayed. Under carriage spray did not work. The drying system was not fully operational so the car was only 50% dry. Upon inspection when I wiped the vehicle down, the vehicle was not what I would consider clean for a $19 wash.

Went for a car wash and it was packed. Figured it must be good. We purchased $14.00 for the wash of our truck. When we pulled out and we adjusted the mirrors, we noticed that the back 1/3 of the truck was still dirty. Not to happy and will not be using for the price we paid.

If there’s an option for negative stars that would suit these people right!Went for a carwash, asked from the employee working there before paying if there’s a mat cleaning machine- he told yeah there’s 2 outside and one inside in the vending area.After carwash, I’m trying to wash my mats but both machines on outside are turned off- no power .The machine on the inside charges $4 for 4 minutes, so naturally I ask the guys on duty to turn on the machines outside so I could get done with the mats.They keep wasting my time and making fun- laughing in front of me on my face , in turns, 2 guys( assuming one junior level and one manager ) and another girl employeeSometimes saying my mats are not compatible with their machine therefore it is not working, sometimes saying they will turn the power on and going to check in back if it is turned on or not.As soon as power is turned on, as I’m about to insert my mat they will turn the power off again. This happened at least 3-4 times. Every time they come out, and say did it work. Keeping on laughing, as if they are enjoying others suffering.Sick people really, no help whatsoever, no refund offered .It’s better off going to a cheaper carwash anywhere else as at least you’ll get service.Here they will make fun of you, make you suffer. Ruined the first day of the new years for me, no wonder that place is almost always empty.

Better off going to a self wash or paying for the cheapest wash because all the washes are same and don’t do a good clean. Had them run my car twice and still wasn’t clean. 5$ car wash in Milford does a better job
