“I recently purchased a BMW touring from a private buyer in MI. I purchased this vehicle site unseen as I live in VA. I requested a PPI on the vehicle which was done by Dixon. Not only did they do it in a very timely manner, they updated me with feedback & photos of the few negatives they found which gave me confidence in buying the vehicle. Due to purchasing this vehicle site unseen, I asked the owner of Dixon, Phil, if he would facilitate this sale to put me at ease as I could not travel to get the car myself. While I do not know if he does this regularly, he immediately said yes & did exactly what was asked to give me the utmost confidence that I was safe in this transaction.
