Seems like this place used to be okay and offered a price match, but greedy son took over and no longer offers most of the cost-saving options the father did. I had called and talked to someone that gave me rates, then told something different on-site from the guy claiming he took over. He was completely unapologetic about not being able to honor the rates quoted on the phone, and actually seemed kind of smug about saying so. Didn't seem to care whether he got my business or not, and I'd have to say he was borderline rude - It worked out though, Storage Rentals of America just down the road has phenomenally better rates! ?

I had the worst experience here. Some employee came running out of some tatto joint screaming at me about something. Claimed I ran over a cement curb. Maybe I did. Who cares. No damage was made. This jerk decided to lecture me about it for five minutes wasting my time. I had my family in my car waiting for me and the manager made a huge deal about it. Turned into an argument. I was worried he was going to throw fist and I was going to have to call the cops. I almost stepped on a nail outside he just got his curb redone and so there is stilll left over materials laying there. Also almost tripped on a wire laying on the ground. This place needs to fix its establishment it’s a mess and work on customer service. That manager there needs to be fired

Unit has a very bad roach infestation. You know its bad when you can see the roaches in pure daylight. Guy from liquor store knew of the infestation and said they tried spraying but can't get rid of them. Was told I would be reimbursed for several months rent and now the managers playing d*** and claimed they didn't know there was a roach problem and offered no reimbursement. Will have to dispute charges on my card.

These guys are like family or at least they treat you that way. Love coming in here to hang for a bit, pay my storage, and grab some beer. If I drank more I’d definitely buy more. They’ll pretty much order you anything you want and if it’s available you’ll have it in a few weeks. Great place.

These owners are great, fair pricing and frindly. Be sure to visit their market at the location, it's a great place to grab your favorite liquor, tobacco products and more. Super fast and friendly place to do business.
