Once again your internet service stopped and it resulted on my special needs child being severed from her class and now she has no service because of Xfinity’s inability to deliver services I paid for. This is the third class session she has lost. This has been an ongoing issue with Xfinity since August. I keep reporting the issue, resetting the modem, same result. 16 days of ongoing outages. You keep telling me that a tech is coming out for outside work and then keep saying
