The so called head pharmacist (STACIE) over here is a narcissist. This lady takes great pleasure in making your visit there as stressful as she possibly can. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Mind you this is the first time meeting this women. Maybe she’s missing a lil something at home, if you catch my drift… I’ve never met someone who can treat a complete stranger the way this lady treated me… trust me go somewhere else to get your medication needs you don’t want to upset STACIE by interrupting her lunch or phone call or just her day in general. Listen lady if you don’t like your job QUIT. It’s not any of Walgreens customers fault your life sucks…!!!

Hands down best pharmacy experience I've had in Michigan. They answer their phones, call when they tell you they will, and the wait time is reasonable to pick up prescriptions

I came hear to fill my scrips. The young Asian pharmacist was so rude and unwilling to even talk to me that I will never come back hear again even though it is the closest pharmacy to my house. I get my script at Walgreens by my doctor and have never had an issue but she was so rude I will never come back. I won't come hear for food or anything. From now on I'm going to the rite aid.

Your pharmacy hours are a JOKE. Close at 7pm and don’t open am until 10am the next day. Wow. The woman that was helping me was probably one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to on the phone. I was informed they are other pharmacies and I could of taken my stuff there. Great marketing. This Walgreens is Ghetto. Bypass for another one.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy!! The workers there all act like they hate their job, they are rude, and have no sense of customer service. One girl, in particular not sure of her name but she has a light blue dye hair job ( which looks like s*** BTW ) any ways, I used this pharmacy close to 2 years, every month as I have several prescriptions. Last month, November 1st I lost my insurance, unexpectedly... they were willing to do nothing to help. Then I was told you cannot use good rx which is a coupon that will lower the price with out insurance drastically... I was told no one will accept this coupon... on controlled Substances.. they wanted 198$ for one of my prescriptions.. I explained how I cannot just suddenly stop taking this medication as you have to be weened off... still did not care, not offered me any other options. I went with out medication for about week... I called Walgreens again to fill a different script, I spoke to someone else whom then told me I could try Kroger, as they would probably accept the good rx coupon. I said I was told by someone else at your pharmacy that you cannot use good rx on any controlled substances that it was a law now that happened recently. I called Kroger after we hung up and sure enough they do accept good rx for controlled substances... I explained to the pharmacist at Kroger what Walgreens had told me, and he said that they ( Kroger ) absolutely accept coupons and good rx. I switched pharmacies, called Walgreens, explained how Kroger accepts, and why on earth did the woman ( with blue hair ) last week tell me no, that it wasn't allowed and if I wanted this medication it was 198$... she did NOT help me at all, she never made it aware that it was just a Walgreens thing and that some pharmacies may in fact still accept this coupon! I suffered for over a week with out it thinking there was no way in hell I could afford 200$ for a months supply, mean while the entire time I could have gone to a pharmacy that would at least HELP! And get this... yes I used the good rx coupon and got TWO of my medications for 24.55$ total for both together!! I did however ask how much the Walgreens medication was charging 198$ With out insurance, how much it was at Kroger with out insurance, and I was shocked to hear 60$!!! For the same exact medication!! I didn't pay 60$ as I was allowed to use the coupon but I was curious to see the price difference! Walgreens is a JOKE and I highly recommend anyone using this pharmacy to switch to Kroger. Everyone at Kroger was pleasant, nice, smiled, and was willing to help! To the woman with the blue hair... you really should dye your hair back or at least use a professional color, as you work in a very professional department. You are RUDE; and act like your life is miserable, your vibe is unpleasant. Walgreens pharmacy again.. is horrible!
