Today I stopped into Westlands T-Mobile store on Ford Rd. I was hoping to find just a replacement device for a cracked phone that I have hoping it would be compatible with the SIM card that I already have also. What I received though instead is incredible.So when I walked in they were very busy with each counter having representatives helping other customers yet as soon as the first representative completed helping his customer I was promptly greeted and asked how I could be helped. I explained my situation and was directed to the next customer representative that would be of maximum assistance for myspecific needs and after waiting very briefly that's exactly what I got.Isaac introduced himself to me and once I explained my situation I was unexpectedly given very reasonable options to join TMobile as my new cellular provider.I'm just absolutely thrilled with my new Samsung phone that was provided, and Isaac taking into account the price range I had available was able to get me a Samsung tablet, an OtterBox case for my phone, a new charge cord and adapter, and worked all this out within the range of my budget and provide me a manageable monthly payment.Lastly the entire staff in the store all were extremely friendly and welcoming and very efficient. I even received a follow-up call from Isaac just to make sure that through the T-Mobile app I was able to take advantage of another $10 savings through autopay. I found that the quality of Isaac and the rest of the staff in that store truly exceeded my experiences in years past with other carriers and that makes me happy as well as excited that I now get to enjoy my new devices thanks to them.I strongly recommend if you're looking for a new device or even switch to a new carrier and you're in the Westland area to stop in T-Mobile off of Ford road close to Wildwood and you will be able to have a great experience as well.

The most ghetto store ever. Customer service agent singing loudly throughout the whole store talking about how’s she’s getting “lit”tonight every-time someone walked in the door this lady jumps up and randomly starts singing like she has a mental issue. Another agent named Daniel is super aggressive with the way he talks to customers. I came in and waited to be greeted while he literally bypassed me and took a walk in without acknowledging my family and I. How is this store even opened. Do yourself a favor and go SOMEWHERE ELSE

Came to take care of an emergency situation with my phone and after an hour or so nothing at all accomplished. The store has nothing in stock, the employees can't do anything for you except assure you that it's gonna be a $5 in store fee and an upgrade fee for getting a phone that wasn't as nice and cost less. This experience left me basically feeling like t-mobile loves my money through the years but really doesn't want anything to do with me.. the customer. Left the store frustrated knowing I don't want to give t-mobile anymore of my money and Verizon probably is a better option for being valued as a long-standing customer.

Our first time to this location and I was impressed. Daniel really seemed to know the products and explained my issue that I was having also, we'll be going to see Daniel as soon as the current bill is paid to get different phones. ?

If you have to drive an extra 40 min to get to this T-mobile, do it, it will be worth it.I am the last guy to write a review but I need to tell you about the best cell phone experience I have ever had. When I say that I have ever had that goes back a long way. I had a MicroTac back in 1990. That might not mean much to many of you but it was the cutting edge of cell phone tech. Almost every interaction that I have had trying to deal with buying or fixing a cell phone as really been a pain. Enough about what doesn't matter lets talk about what does. The crew at this T-mobile were different and I mean every one of them. From the first time I walked in the door to when I left they gave me everything they had. These days that's hard to find. Mekai, Daniel, Cameron, Ishraq and Chris, thank you for renewing my faith in possibly finding customer service somewhere in this world. I left with more than I expected and I won't go anywhere else for my cell phone needs. Check them out.

The people at this T-mobile know what they are doing! I've been to many T-mobiles and had worked with people that were rude, and very mean! And others that would not even help! This place has always helped,and they are respectful and knowledgeable! Thank you for helping!

I just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The woman was named Ishma. She was rude, and asked me twice to shut up so she could do her job. Every thing I said she got more aggressive. And she told me even though I wasn't " cussing" she considered me aggressive. She said she could decide I was too aggressive to wait on. I got up and left the store, called T mobile made a formal complaint. ?

This was the first time I went to T Mobil store what a fantastic experience I had. I purchased a new phone Ishraq helped me. Ishraq couldn't of been more helpful, outgoing, friendly knowledgeable person. Outstanding customer service.

Isaac needs to learn more about customer service!!!!! Went into the store for the second time for same issue. After a forced phone update, my voice mail stopped working. Callers simply get a busy signal. I walked in, and Owen was assisting me. Owen walked away to take a phone call while Isaac was sitting there twiddling his thumbs and looking out the window. After waiting 3 to 5 minutes, I asked Isaac if he could help me since i drove there and my time was limited. Isaac looked at me with an attitude. I then asked if they have a phone policy because why is the person on the phone with General questions being serviced before me? Isaac argued with me for about 5 minutes in front of other customers. Please send him back to training!!! I have been with t-mobile for 20 years, and this is the first time having such a bad experience. He seems lazy!

Went to the store for some issues I was having with my phone and was really impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the worker Owen who was assisting me! Usually I don’t like going into the store but he made it a fast and smooth process, got my issue resolved!

Wow!! You know everyone at a Tmobile store has a pin that says “mobile expert” and none of them ever know sh*t!! Well at THIS store, I found an ACTUAL MOBILE EXPERT… if you go to this location, ask for Daniel. I mean WOW! I’ve never EVER dealt with anyone who knows as much as he does at his job. And he knows the break down of everything. Not to mention he’s SUPER nice. So yeah I highly recommend this store but even more I recommend seeing Daniel!!! Thank you for EXCELLENT service!!
