Ron was wonderful, his patience and professionalism were apparent from the start. He explained the scope of the work, listened to my preferences and recommended the appropriate parts to accomplish the desired result. I couldn't be happier! Ron did a great job! I was driving the next day to Virginia and he got me in (on Sunday) and replaced a worn out shock absorber. He also showed me some other parts that need replacing on my van which I'll have him do on my return to Ypsi. Reasonable price and good service!

Ronnie was a big help in diagnosing the problem even though my battery charger told me both batteries were fully charged & holding power upon inspection found that they were not holding power & recommended replacing both batteries & made sure the alternator was charging & scanned for any other codes very thorough & professional. The owner Ron did a great job diagnosing and getting my car back on the road. I was stranded in a Kroger parking lot, he came out and determined the connecting wire to my starter was hanging loose along with a couple other issues and he successfully got it to start in an hour or less. He even dropped the price for me by $30 so I could have some gas money to get me through the week at work. I'll be calling him to do my struts soon.Services: General repairs & maintenance

When I called, the guy on the phone was friendly. I told him my issue, he said he can come my way to look at my vehicle. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday (yesterday) at 6:30. He even sent a confirmation text… I confirmed.On the day of the appointment I texted at 6:00 to make sure he had my address….No response, I called at 6:25 (no answer), I waited around til 7:30… no show. I called again (no answer).
