These folks are quite amazing. Mike has handled our taxes quite a few times, including the most recent. Mike is highly efficient, knows the tax codes like the back of his hand, and he is a great guy. Tax day can sometimes be, well, taxing. Seeing Mike makes it a pleasure. Everyone there is capable and friendly. My wife and I would never go anywhere else.

3/18/2023I met with Linda today at the Westland location to have my taxes prepared. She was one of the most pleasant women that I have met in a long time in this kind of business. She was very thorough when preparing my taxes. She told me what I would not have to pay for and why she was asking certain tax questions. She also said if I have any questions at all, not to hesitate to call her. Good customer service individuals are hard to find. I will definitely be returning to liberty tax services next year thanks to Linda.

I had my taxes done at the 6558 N. Wayne Rd location in Westland, and was serviced by Linda who was very friendly and professional.Update April 2022. Not a good experience, this time a man (not giving name) did my taxes and he forgot to add some info which lost me $300 he said he would go back and add after it processed because was too late. When I called back I was told he was busy each time then the manager stated he explained the situation to her and she stated "Oh No! You were only to get an additional $30 back once it was added on." I went over everything Again and she refused to admit they made a mistake. Long story short, I did Not receive Any additional money and they have Not given me my tax paperwork for 2021 which I requested numerous times. Who could I report this to?

I have been coming to the N Wayne Rd (Westland) location for several years now, and Linda has been extremely helpful with all my questions, concerns, and has expertly navigated me through any issues I have had any time I come in. Ten stars would be more accurate.

This year she had a very eager to learn something new colleague named Becky together they were definitely a power team for sure. They are located at 6558 N.
