I was helped by Shannon.She was great. She was soft spoken but easy to understand. Had a great attitude towards helping me get what I needed, and we laughed while going through it all. She made it easy for me to understand how my insurance would work, and I felt good after the call was over. She's awesome and I would recommend her to anyone who's looking to get insurance. I have nothing but great things to say about Eric. He took my call when I needed him most. He is very knowledgeable and explained all my options to me. He not only got me a better deal than my previous insurance company, but better coverage also! I would recommend Eric to anybody . I've been with State farm for over 11 years My name is Barbara Adams and I've had the pleasure of working with one of your representatives which is her name is Michelle This lady goes beyond the Call of duty for me she Not just a representative You guys got someone that really cares she needs to be doing the commercials with Jake from State farm lol but on a serious note when I'm upset she calms me down when she said she's going to call back and take care of it she takes care of it This woman is an angel and I am so glad that I am with State farm insurance because she cares about me my family and my health and I just want to thank you guys for having people like Michelle work and make sure that State farm is there because she is there I just wanted to give you guys a thumbs up and I'm clapping my hands and applauding you for having such beautiful people that cares about you when I'm crying she's there when I'm mad she calms me it's like she's a friend more than an agent Thank you State farm You guys rock Bobby you got a team player and Michelle God bless Merry Christmas and Happy New Year I'm looking forward to the future and I will recommend anyone that need insurance to please come call you guys because you guys are there God bless Thank you Michelle for all you do

They have great agents such as Ms Michelle Raezler. From the time she's preparing my quote she was very helpful and tried to get me discounts and make sure that I will still have the insurance that I would like. She is also easy to talk with and I appreciate her assistance so I may get a good auto insurance

I really love my insurance agency, they always know what to do to get the job done, it's been a handful of agents there that I have dealt with throughout the years and all of them have went over and beyond to make sure me and my family was satisfied and always knew what was happening at all times. But Eric at state Farm has become like family..I call him my Jake from state farm. He's always there....if he's not you can still always reach him. He is very caring and a wonderful listener....he is gonna get you together real quick. He makes you feel very comfortable, no fast talking or try to get you to get something you don't want....he always make sure you can afford what you do get. Very nice young man. Everyone there is....from Bobby, to Michelle, to Eric on down the line. I've been a customer for quite a few years now...and I don't think ima change companies any time soon....thanks Bobby branch state farm office.

Recommend to anyone, I talk with Michelle my rep for a week regarding car rates on 3 of my vehicles with my working schedule and hers it was calls and emails back and forward, remind you I'm in Ohio, my experience with Michelle she's polite, kind, took time to answer every questions I had with kindness and patience.We talked about my home mortgage, she and I took time to go over the coverages, once again she was patience, I could feel the warmest and heart ♥ in her work.Thank you so much Michelle I will miss talking with you.
