The stay was very friendly. The Geek squad department was very helpful as well. They always greet you when entering and leaving the store. I would recommend going there.

Bought a phone case and a new smart watch for my cute. This location did not have any but the employee called the Dearborn location and had them hold one that we then purchased with the phone case.

Great location with great finds! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was assisted by an employee who wore a Samsung polo. He was very knowledgeable about Samsung Galaxy watches and explained how open box worked and ensured that the one from the app was still available.The other departments were well stocked and staffed. Everyone was friendly and professional. They had lots of sale items as well as some open box items.I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves some electronics, appliances, etc.

Worst customer service in all the bestbuy stores i have been too. I stood at the pickup register for half an hour for my order that was supposedly ready five hours earlier and they said one of itmes isnt available and that's after they charged me for it.

I placed an order online and it was ready for pickup in less than an hour. When I came to pick that up, I didn't really have to wait and was done with that transaction very quickly. I also purchased a case for my new tablet in the store. It did not fit properly, so when I came back to return it, the wait was a little longer. It is close to Christmas though and they were taking care of people as quickly as possible. All the employees seemed very helpful and friendly.
