Occasionally I'll run into a hiccup.. somebody'll have an attitude like I don't care or don't want to be here.. but for the most part, pretty good service. Pretty friendly. Knowledgeable. Willing to call around for you if you need the help. As for prices, not too sure about in store, do more of my shopping online and pick up in store ?They could change the car scanner just a little though. Having a printout would be a lot nicer than having to take a bunch of pictures ??

I went into this location, and asked for the Store Manager. The polite man at the counter was the Store Manager. I asked him for a few minutes to resolve an issue. He took the time to listen, look, and then went above & beyond to help fix the problem!! Thank you Joe! I can only hope other managers you train & develop to be Store Managers have just as high standards & provide quality customer service too. Thank you & your staff for doing a fantastic job.

Everybody there over the weekend was more interested in playing games on their phones than looking up even to acknowledge what I was asking about the girl was the most helpful but the two 60 year old men were playing games and rolling their eyes like 13 year old tweens it was quite unsettling and I'll never be back to this location they should both be fired and reassess their lots in life...

I had an associate named Richard from store #2148 in Westland on Wayne Road give me the best experience and get my vehicle back up and running the proper way. I believe this man deserves a pay raise. I was trying to handle the situation myself but being to multiple auto zone and advanced auto zone locations in the month of January February and March and getting mixed answers from younger associates and even having to do a special order bulb, that I did not need. I came back to the auto zone store #2148 in Westland on Wayne Rd. near the end of March and met Richard. Richard was respectful when I first walked into the location notifying me he would be right with me, after he finished with the customers ahead of me. Richard was able to help 3 customers, in the time it took the other associate to help 1 customer. Richard then moved on to me, he was able to fix all my issues I had been trying to fix for the last few months. Richard was able to use his experience and knowledge to correct me and other associates that were wrong and told me I needed the special order bulb. He was able to explain it was my wiring for my led Daylight running lights that was my issue. He was able to help me get it fixed in no time with his fast yet very professional eyes. Every younger associate and every other location had me believing I needed a bulb and after taking my whole grill, fender, and light assembly off my Voltswagon I still could not see the issue myself. As a single young woman looking for respectful and confidence in the direction of the maintenance of my vehicle, I will be looking only for Richard. Richard’s knowledge and experience made me leave with pure confidence and respect in myself, and he not only gave it to me but all the customers ahead of me and behind me. He takes his time to insure each customer and purchase and that goes along way in businesses. I believe that Richard should be recognized for the amazing work he is doing. I can now leave to go to work with confidence in the safety and maintenance of my vehicle. I will continue to come back to Auto Zone store #2148 in Westland and on Wayne Rd because of Richard. Thank you Richard for your dedication to your job and the time and service you give others! It is noticeable and appreciated by many!

Absolutely rude. The website had a battery for 109. When I got there he said that battery didn't even show up and the only one he had was 209. He said the website was wrong and didn't offer to see if another store had it in stock or anything.

If you need your tail light bulb replaced don't bother coming to this location! Just wasted a trip here. The older guy I asked for help was a j*** and turned me away. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or he just did not feel like helping me. I have ALWAYS gotten help with replacement bulbs at other Autozone locations!! He kept making snide remarks as if I wasn't sure which light was out. I told him no I didn't see the light was out myself but my mom & Goodyear told me the same tail light. Regardless of the fact, he could have easily verified which was out if he wanted to help me. Instead he gave me a weak excuse saying "they aren't allowed to change my bulb because of how it's assembled?!" I have a Mazda 6, the bulb is EASILY accessible. No other location has ever given me a hard time! I had to go to O'Reilly's to get some help. They were more than happy to help me! That old man that works there needs some customer service skills...
