Fleet feet in West Bloomfield is a great store. I loved the foot evaluation with their machine. It’s simple you just stand on the machine and then walk on this pad. This eval gives you the best possible shoe matches. The love that there were a lot of shoe brands to choose from. Not to mention the young man Andrew was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the shoe brands. I love that this store carried the insoles I needed as well! It’s a one stop shop. It was a great experience. I plan to shop here in the future as well.

Miriam and her partner were an incredible help getting me in and out quickly in the shoe that was best for me. Despite there being only one employee there and another customer that needed assistance, I was helped immediately and did not have to wait at all to begin the fitting process. I was not pressured into purchasing anything unnecessary, and overall it was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back for future running shoe needs.

I have been going to another local running store for years and recently felt that my needs were not adequately addressed resulting in being placed in an improper shoe. Upon entering Fleet feet I was met with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Without even explaining my previous experiences at another store I left Fleet Feet feeling very well taken care of. I will have to try out their “shoe matching” system next time as I was on the hunt for something very specific.

My boyfriend and I stopped by to get running shoes and the store worker Andrew was super kind and extremely helpful. He answered every question, was super professional and gave us a great in store experience!

I started to run as a method to lose weight and visited Fleet Feet and had a great time. Staff treated me courtesy and kind. They measured my feet and gave multiple suggestions concerning my running needs. Well done Fleet Feet!
