I was there yesterday to mail a shein return with a return label on my phone that they scan and buy a book of stamps. According to shein i didnt need to do anything so I didn't close and tape the box. I thought it was like an Amazon return with ups. But I did bring tape with me. The woman that assisted me said I needed to close the box after I showed her my return label. I immediately started taping the box and she told me I needed to step aside so she could help the next customer. There was 1 person behind. So it's not like it was busy. I told her I would have it done in less than 5 seconds and that I needed stamps. She still told me to step aside. It was SO RUDE. So I had to step aside while she assisted the other customer. My box was taped in less than 10 secs and I had to wait. Ive worked in customer service for 15 years. She needs some training!!!

My dad sent me a package 2 to 3 day priority 5 days ago. Tracking said delivery today and no. Now it only says it left Chicago. I've never had to wait this long with FedEx or UPS or Amazon...tried to send an email and it just loops me back to the tracking number. Not impressed but I guess that's our tax dollars at work. Now my priority delivery is for Tuesday 8 days after it was sent priority 2 to 3 day delivery. USPS isn't delivering today but Amazon did.

This is the worse post office I have ever dealt with. Anything coming or going out of this location NEVER gets to where it's going for weeks or sometimes months. Some things just disappear and never arrive. Still waiting on something to be delivered that was mailed from this location more than 2 months ago. Me and my mom have mailed 3 things to this area mid January and neither one have been delivered yet after a month and a half. You can not count on this location to deliver your mail in a timely manner. This is nothing new, it happens constantly!! My sister thought the problem might be the mail carrier, so she started going directly to the post office but the problem remains the same. They definitely have issues!!I've read many reviews from several years back and apparently these reviews make absolutely no difference to this location.They choose to ignore the problems. I agree with the review that said they seem to be stealing or destroying the mail instead of delivering it.

Tried to send two small packages via First Class packed in Amazon Prime bubble mailers. No old labels or barcodes visible, they were just colored orange and white instead of the usual blue and white due to a promotion at the time. Once I got here the woman insisted that they could only be sent via Priority because of...the color?? Because "red and white" are for Priority, even though I've used similar packaging and colors before with no problem and they don't say Priority anywhere on them.I tried to explain it's recycled packaging and I've used it before, but she insisted there'll be an extra charge (these were already paid for and labeled). Had to go home and waste more packing material to appease this woman. I've never heard of shipping methods being decided solely on the color of a package. Too many of the workers here are totally clueless, and that's without mentioning that there's usually only one person working and this building is ancient, so no air conditioning or self service areas. I've just started avoiding this PO now when I can.

This post office is old as dirt. Back in the day it was efficient and did what it was supposed to do. These day, I'd hate to have to work at thus location if I were a postal employee. Seems like it would be punishment to be sent here to have to work. Like it's one of the 7 layers of hell and it's the rock bottom pit. So sorry for the ladies who have to work here,

I really don’t like coming to this facility unless the gentlemen is there. The two ladies that worked the day I came inside to drop off my delivery were rude. One lady ignored us while we waited and acted like she was doing something, while her and the other lady had full on conversations with each other. One her food arrived, which a lot of us are still waiting, she grabbed her food and still ignored us. The other ladies didn’t have any manners at all. I said good morning and she didn’t even acknowledge it, or said anything to me. I asked her could she tape the box, which the package was a returned and she totally ignored my question. Which I wanted to know the answer to because I was concerned about the product getting back to the store I was returning back to safely. What happened to manners and acknowledgment? Why are they given a front desk job if they treat people any kind of way. My postman that delivers my mail is the best postman ever. I have mad respect for him but this office here is terrible if that’s the respect they give to people.

A visit to this postal office will have you *WISHING* you went to another location! :D

First time used this location. Very rude help. She should NOT be interacting with customers. Bad attitude. I completely understand all the bad reviews you get.

Not going back there. The lady working (seems to always be the same one) couldn't take the time to let me know the only priority envelopes were back there with her. Evidently didn't hear me when I asked to send it priority and tried to do it first class. Charged me an extra $3 for an envelope I didn't even need. If she would've just confirmed how I was trying to send it all that could've been avoided. I already had to wait in line twice. Customer service is horrible nowadays. Smh. I don't have time to dispute 3 dollars with someone, but I can see what happened on my receipt. This lady deducted the change I got from the first transaction, from the second transaction-- instead of deducting the amount she charged me for the mistake, which was hers. Then when I came back in and asked about it, told me it's on my receipt and that basically I can figure it out on my own. Well I did.. and she ripped me off for 3 dollars. I even tried to give back the first receipt when I first noticed she didn't send it priority. She decided she would modify it and have me "pay the difference ".. Well don't ever accept that option, because people either can't count nowadays, try to get over, or are just under too much pressure to care. Maybe she thought she'd just charge me for her inconvenience. At any rate, to all, please take some pride in your jobs. All this because SHE didn't listen carefully enough to what I was asking for in the first place. I would hate to have a review like this written about me, and won't ever return to that location unless I have no other choice. I'm sure this is the same woman I see multiple negative reviews about. I honestly don't understand why she still works there. She must be someone in a high position's aunt or something. For a supposed reputable post office that's been there for so long, they could do a lot better.

The people that work at this post office are very polite and efficient most of the time; when i came to this post office on Wednesday around noon, there was a sign on the door that said that the clerk will be back.There was no time stated when the clerk would return, so a few people (including myself), waited for about 20-30 minutes, but still no return of the clerk, we left after 30 minutes; i really felt sorry for the lady with a cane, who didn't feel like walking back to her car. Too bad!
