I want to give a big shout out to Dr. Clark, Dr. Anderson, Diana and everyone else at Nichols vet clinic that have taken such good care of my pups over the years! Just in the last year Dr. Clark has done a great job spaying all 3 of my (Sadie's) puppies, Meadow, Allie, and Ivy! Ivy's spay was not even 2 weeks ago and she is almost completely healed and can't wait to rejoin her sisters to catch up on play time! Each time I dropped my pups off for their big day, Diana was there to greet them and made sure they were as comfortable as possible! She even told me I could call and ask for her throughout the day to check on them. I was at ease to know they were all in good hands.
Dr. Clark easing my anxious Ivy in photo at her spay counciltation. Thank you for the cute peanut butter and cheese treat, Ivy loved it!

So unbelievably upset with this vet. I had an appointment scheduled to take my dog in for a nail trim ONLY. My husband took her to the appointment and was a bit confused when the veterinarian came in for a brief moment to do unwarranted checks on our dog. The vet was in the room for merely a single minute before taking our dog to have her nails trimmed. Then, when my husband went to the counter to pay, they presented a charge of $77, instead of the $24 for a nail trim ONLY.
Afterwards, I called to ask about the charge and they tried claiming that appointment was made to treat a limp. I have no idea where they would’ve gotten that idea as I made the appointment for a nail trim ONLY. So, the receptionist placed me on hold. When she returned, she tried to play damage control and say that they automatically, without notice, changed the appointment to include an examination because she was “passed due.” They didn’t clear this by us beforehand, and made no mention of this when they called to confirm the appointment… for nail trim ONLY.
I don’t understand how they can throw in services without confirmation or approval, and then later demand the charge. This is seriously unprofessional.

I was a walk- in on a fully booked friday. Ended up having to put my cat to sleep. Im out of work, so they sorta helped with some of the costs. When your life falls apart, you get sort of a unique perspective of how competent and kind the staff actually are. They staff were wonderful, i'm forever grateful for the way you treated us. Thanks from Chris and Kitty.

So I'm writing this review as I'm here at the clinic. First red flag, the doctor asked why I brought my dog in today whose COVERED in scabs & we waited TWO hours before we even got seen.

Top concern at this place is to get as much money as possible with each and every person who walks thru the door. They are not Nichols Vet, nowhere even close. Save your money, time, well being and life of your pet and stay away from this place. Don't say you weren't warned

I've been waiting 3 days on a call back from the vet regarding my cats bloodwork. I was told I could not schedule his next appointment until I hear from the vet on his bloodwork results. This indicates to me that he is probably dying and they won't schedule the next visit because they're going to recommend euthanasia. I'm in agony with anxiety. I told the tech that answered the phone how horrible this is that I call twice a day and am told they will call back but they never call. I am caring for my cat, administering a regimen of medication and doing wound care, for 3 hours a day. I spend every moment with him wondering if this is all an exercise in futility. I can't even describe the anxiety level. Today is day three of empty promises. The vet promised to call by 8pm and didn't call. Tonight I'll spend another few hours caring for him and carefully tending to him wondering if I should have been making the more compassionate choice of euthanasia. This is completely unacceptable and mental torture.
