Nothing but kindness is what I experienced from Stacy & Joe . My Terrain was DONE , & when these kind folks found out I had a kiddo riding in that smoke mobile , they got me financed ,insured & on my way in only about 3 days ! Honest , friendly ,& willing to jump through hoops to get me into my 2012 Chevrolet Traverse. . Fully loaded I might add! It is beautiful & runs like it’s brand new. I use to take back streets hoping the police didn’t stop me , now I look forward to getting in my car and going places . I bought a 2011 sho Taurus in February from this dealership and I did not realize during the test drive there was something wrong with the car so once I went through the process of purchasing the car I took off in it and kind of gave the pedal a nice press and realize there is something going on with either the transmission or the turbo I told the dealership when I pulled back up and they said they would take care of it they so-called fixed it but the problem is still there so now I have to take it to the Ford dealership and pay who knows where else on top of what I just paid for this car they promised was in perfect condition I would not recommend buying anything from these people I just got off the phone with him and he said if it’s going to be too much he’s not paying for it he does not care that’s coming from Joe’s mouth and he’s so-called reporting my reviews what a joke

The worst experience I have ever had at a dealership I bought a $8000 car from them and they promised they would fix what was wrong with it once I figured it out which was the same day I purchased the vehicle I left and literally turn right back around they had me leave the car there the next day and did absolutely nothing to it and now they’re telling me they will see what they can do so basically I have to pay for either a new transmission or a new set of turbos I would not recommend coming to this place they do not stick to their word and they say whatever to make a sale The owner promised he would take care of everything gave me his word

Bought my first car from here 3 years ago until this day it’s still in perfect condition. Great pricing and love the staff they’re so sweet!!!
