I was in this store last Thursday, 3/21/24 and I was disgusted at what a mess I saw. Boxes everywhere- you could barely get to the merchandise. The shelves were disorganized, carts askew, floors were cluttered and dirty. Even the cashiers looked disheveled. A lady at one of the cash registers mentioned she was the new manager. I wouldn't brag about it if I were her. This store was a disaster. Please get some new management and clean the place! 0 stars!

This dollar store is starting to look a little better. I see they have a new manager. He seems like he is the change at this location. Thank goodness!!!
The reason for the 1 star are the employees. A few are ok but, there is one that is nasty and rude. I had a return. She got mad because she grabbed the item that was for return and I said "that's a return" and she responded "I rang this up for nothing?" Like I would know what they do for returns!!! God forbid she would have to do more work because she messed up. Most times when I'm there she is very rude. I tried to avoid her but sometimes she's the only cashier. I am going to try and avoid this location!!

Update: Thank you to the kind managers who helped me resolve this issue today, they understand customer service is important and helped me immediately.2/5 I go here everyday I'm a regular and today I got attitude for no reason by cashier Tanya, who im always kind to. Unacceptable I may need to stop coming in. Customer service is very important. I was also rushed out of the store while it was completely empty. I will be contacting manager tim and if this isnt resolved corporate.

This is an older location. They have done a good job of keeping their selections up over time. One big complaint. I understand increasing prices .25 cents,however, I do not understand changing some of their item counts too. Example: Small foil
Pans that were 3 in a pack for $1.00 and now there are 2 a pack for $1.25. In all honestly this is not only the .25 cents increase Dollar Tree said was going to happen. Boo Hiss! Keep a watch out. Yes! Still the best place to go for holiday items: craft type items, battery run string lights, bunny ears….. to name a few. Oh, you have to try the Palmer chocolate. They have come a long way and the peanut butter products are giving Reesie‘s a run for their money! Let’s hope they don’t keep changing too much.
Best managed Dollar Tree out there. Always in order. The manager can frequently be seen sticking shelves. Also making sure his stock is presented organized at all times. They built a larger location minutes from this one, however, the larger one holds the same items as this little one. Nothing different.

This is my go to Dollar Tree. It's big, has tons of great items, it's clean and the Manager the night I was there, Jason was SO AMAZING, UNDERSTANDING & made my life that night so much better. He helped me find an important item that fell out of my wallet and calmed me down. Plus he went out of his way to connect with me since I have a tramatic brain injury and actually took
HIS time away from his job to truly help, listen & understand what I needed & calmed me down. Instead of just rolling his eyes and trying to hurry up and get rid of me ..(like they do everywhere else)) I choose this Dollar Tree to shop at from now on.
P.S. Whomever is in charge of giving raises at Dollar Tree, then I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Jason a raise and a big bonus for the holidays.

I go to this dollar tree often! You can pretty much find the stuff you need, at a fraction of the cost anywhere else. Great store and quality of merchandise!
