This location is great. The pricing is fair, and the manager, Shelby is amazing. She knows what she's doing and clearly has her tenants' best interests at heart. I'll recommend this location all day long.

I rent a climate controlled unit. Last November they upped my rate by $40 I didn’t complain, I accepted it. Then, this past March the lights burnt out in the hallway of the building where my unit is located months ago. I mentioned this to the property manager months ago and was told it wasn’t in the budget but they would see what they could do. Now it’s been 3 months and still nothing has been done. The lights are still burnt out in the building where my unit is located. I mentioned this to management again and their response was that “lighting isn’t a feature I pay for.” I’m sorry, but basic property maintenance IS something I expect. As a longtime customer of Storage King, I am greatly disappointed. I will update this review accordingly when they resolve the issue.
Past review- This place is wonderful! The staff here has been awesome every step of the process.

Very good value! Standard storage facility, applied online to save money, a couple glitches but got things going smoothly now after a phone call with the attendant on site. Very satisfied - good job!

I reserved a unit online and somewhat forgot about it. Shelby called me a few days later and we talked for about 10 minutes. When I came and looked at it, I realized I needed a different size. Shelby gave me plenty of options and let me look at all of the units before deciding on the one I went with. She answered ALL my questions and took her time explaining what I needed to know. I love how easily accessible my unit is and the new bright LED lighting. I compared prices with other local companies, including some I've used in the past and Storage King came out on top for many reasons. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful and I've already referred them to a few people looking for storage options. Call Shelby today and she'll help you with all your storage needs!

I’ve been a renter at this location for over 20 years and this is the best it’s ever been. Shelby, the manager, does a great job addressing renter concerns and keeping the property clean. She is definitely why I continue to stay at Storage King.
