I saw this comment below mine i need to renew my passport too but seems like this location isnt a good choice even though my house is very close,idk y our country has a senseless law & also stupid idiots that get paid for nothing at jobs & dont get the job done & also F-up everywhere & nobody takes action,i went to visit europe italy etc. money talks & people are more friendly,polite & helpful,we r the best country in the world right? lmao !!!

I had an appointment scheduled online to get my passport renewed and showed up on time for the appointment. When I arrived, Janie rudely stated that I did not have an appointment showing in her system and that I must have made a mistake. I went home and scheduled another appointment, took a screenshot of the confirmation and arrived the appointment. The same thing happened, and again Janie was very rude stating that I made a mistake and she could not see me. I showed her the screenshot of the confirmation and she didn't care and didn't want to address the situation or apologize for an obvious problem with their scheduling situation.

Find it odd that they won’t tape a box for you and make you buy a 100% up charged tape.

The call center is the worst I have ever seen robot after robot not even understanding. Saying things I didn’t even say it’s a down right embarrassment of technology.

Walked in at 10:35 and 26 seconds according to my dash cam. Prior we were waiting for a parking spot for 23 seconds. We were told we were 6 minutes late and basically "too bad." This was our scheduled appointment since the post office canceled our first appointment . We actually realized we held the door for the passport supervisor that we were meeting with for a renewal. He was smiling (especially at my teenage daughter) and practically racing to his car realizing he has an opportunity for a free break. We were not greeted once inside so we just stood there for 1 minute and 10 seconds until we realized no one from the passport services was here now "because we were five minutes late." We were not. My son with disaabilities was now clearly upset at the lobby and this was not our doing. We were told you're six minutes late. We weren't according to my data. Such an uncomfortable and inappropriate experience. I would recommend a different post office for any postal needs. It just all felt so unecessary.

Out of packing strip tape so had to fork over $4 to simply tape the packing slip to a box. Workers were nice given the circumstances I guess…

Our mailbox got knocked over from the heavy snow and the subdivisions snow plowings last week. Quick service n was shocked they were able to hold our mail in less than 24 hrs after I signed up online to have my mail held for pickup! A+

Just the rudest workers behind the desks, every time! Make sure you don’t go in the afternoon, or ask any questions, because these people are ready to clock out after 2:00pm and will treat you like garbage. Stick with UPS or FedEx; same prices for far better services. Shame on whoever does the hiring at this place!

Absolutely terrible! Do not give them your business! I made an appointment, had a confirmation number and they said they didnt have my appointment in their "book" and that its not their problem. What a joke! Lady at the counter was very rude.

This has been my new go-to post office this year in 2022! The staff is exceptionally fast, friendly, and professional. You will be relieved to know that they have it together here, and you won't be stuck in long lines (unless its Christmas time, like most places).

So mean. The blonde haired girl was such a negative vibe and horrible with kids. We went in for passport photos and our baby was too scared to let her take the photo. So we asked her literally over 4x if we can get the photo taken elsewhere and come back for processing. She kept saying no only to repeat our exact request. As if we weren’t speaking clear cut English. Unbelievable. Even elderly customers were mean. Definitely not coming back here.

This has been my new go-to post office this year in 2022! The staff is exceptionally fast, friendly, and professional. You will be relieved to know that they have it together here, and you won't be stuck in long lines (unless its Christmas time, like most places).

The absolute worst experience!!! The white woman, curly hair (blondish/ginger hair) the f.a.t one, she is extremely RUDE. She’s a miserable human being, you can tell how miserable she is from the moment she opens her mouth. She doesn’t deserve a position as such. I still don’t understand how she’s still working there. Someone is definitely failing at managing this place or they just don’t care how people get treated in here.All she cares about is taking her breaks…she will refuse any service even if you have an appointment just so she can take her break because they are (short staffed) - maybe you should think of taking less breaks and doing more work, that’ll help with your nasty attitude and lose some LBS too.I ended up going to a different post office near the area, they took me in right away, they were so kind and welcoming, it literally took them less than 5 minutes to mail in my documents.
