“Jenn at this branch is wonderful. Competent, friendly, customer service oriented ALL THE WAY. I wish they could use her to train the garbage that is at the Troy USPS. That is the worst Post Office in Michigan. This one is a breath of fresh air.”
“I recall this office having weird hours that weren't posted correctly on line. But today what's online is what is posted on the door. However it would be much easier if the hours were posted on the outside door so that you don't have to get out of your car with your packages and everything and find out that it's closed .”

“It appears as though this location is consistantly operated by just one postal service employee. She appears to be overworked. May be reason for her unfriendly demeanor. However i find that speaking to her with kindness & empathy brightens her attitude.”
“Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”
“Very good location with boxes to collect outgoing mail located outside. Lots of free available parking, and helpful employees. Parking lot has potholes that need repair, though.”
“In the last 3 months, I've had 2 unrelated and very urgent issues. In both cases, Sudie was simply incredible. I failed to get her name the first time, but made sure I got it this time so I could shout from the rooftops how incredibly thankful I am to her for going FAR above and beyond her duties and helping my family. I've never had a bad experience at this location in general, but I had to call out this extremely great customer service on these last two occasions.”
