the system is a joke i can never get a refill due to them sending my meds to a different store. And no one can help. Been going on for a year now.

Recently moved to Washington Twp. and this Kroger's is slowly becoming my favorite. While it's not as big as the other 2 nearby, it is sufficient for all my Kroger needs. The store is clean, organized and the staff that I've encountered is always friendly. Self check-out employees are are super friendly also. This location has recently added 6 more self check lanes. I've never had a long wait checking out, not even on the weekends but now the small wait is even less with more lanes added. What I love most about this location is the many managers special sections. I've scored so many amazing mark down it's truly like hitting the grocery lottery! Check out my pictures for all the fabulous finds. My favorite discount was when I found 4oz of smoked salmon pastrami for only $1.99! This stuff is regular price $8.49 and I got it for under $2! Yes, I cleared the cooler and bought all 4 packages they had. This location is awesome for some deep discounts. For that reason, along with the friendly employees and quick checkout, I'll continue to come here weekly, if not more. I'd like to shout out to the meat guys Dale and Robert. They are super welcoming and always make it a point to say HI and ask me how I'm doing. Dale especially is awesome! I appreciate these 2 great employees! Definitely recommend this Kroger's and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Somebody from Krogers called me before they were going to closed and said that my medicine has been there for one week, but nobody called me. They waited over one week before calling me and telling me its ready for pick-up. Thats poor service on Kroger.

there's a i young woman behind the service desk named lauren. lauren just lied to me. thank goodness this isn't the kroger i normally shop bc lauren and i would have some WORDS on a regular basis.

Normally a great place to shop for fresh and quality. Can you please put an adult supervisor in your deli department? I got so pissed off standing there while the little girl wanted to play with the boys. Even when they told her that she had a customer she didn't give a s*** and continued her game. Yes I would anted lunch meat for my lunches but I was pissed and elected to get the packages meat. Would prefer to deal with an adult.
