The pharmacy will never answer a phone call. Been calling for 3 days. Last time said I had one person ahead of me and waited for over 20 minutes. Still no answer. I will not be returning after today.

Walgreens phone service is garbage. Nothing like a raging headache and having to hear the automated messages for 10 minutes before I actually talk to a person.

Their pharmacy is not adequately staffed to handle the volume of customers they have. I tried to call five times and could never get through to anybody. I’m going to be looking for a different pharmacy.

MOHAMMED THE PHARMACIST IS THE BEST, WHAT A LIFE SAVER HE IS.HE ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HIS CUSTOMERS.HE IS WARM AND CARING AND HAS THE PATIENCE OF A SAINT.I WILL ALWAYS KEEP THIS LOCATION AS MY FAMILY PHARMACY.I AM MORE THAN THANKFUL FOR HIS EXPERTISE IN HELPING MY FAMILY.

worst pharm around!!!!! you will wait 20 min in line if you go to the drive thru, they are always confused, rude and slow.if you call to check the status of your rx, be prepared to wait 20 min on the phone to be talked to very rude and always "we are busy" you have to wait 7 hours for a rx

You should probably train your employees (Zane)not to rip off clearance tags just to try to make a customer look like a liar. Just had this happen to me today after I was just at that isle to confirm what I purchased was the right item. He was asked to do a price check after I noticed my item rang up full price and he goes back and ripped the tag off just to try and prove that the items was suppose to be full price. He tried to tell me there was NEVER a clearance tag on it. I was just at that isle 30 seconds prior and confirmed it.Then he told me I was a liar THEN took my item that I just purchased and hung it back on the rack . The manager did nothing about it either. Just run your cameras and you will see who's the liar.He is a low life scum the way he treated me. Stay away from this store.

What a complete disaster at this store, AGAIN!!! The man in the photo pickup is a rude, moron. Second time, same man, cannot find my order, talks to me in a harsh, unkind manner. Will NOT return ?

Left this location at 9:40 PM on JUL 20, 2023. Walked in to get photo's young lady behind the counter was busy on her cell phone so she didn't acknowledge me. I said "hi," she looked at me sternly, no reply, apparently I was a nuisance. Asked for my photos, she doesn't say anything and walks to the photo counter. She finally SPEAKS... Because she has to ask my name! Then tosses my photos onto the counter, because it's cheugy to be courteous. She turns away si I ask; can I pay for these here? She replies; Nah, up at the front. What a $h!t show! Where's the corporate training, leadership, accountability? How can anyone without physical or mental disabilities be unqualified to operate a checkout at Walgreens?!? This generation is practically useless, almost as useless as this review.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Technician doesn't know how to apply insurance, and other employees have no interrst to help to get the patient's medicine. It's not they are understaffed, they are just disorganized.

I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. My medication is out of stock everytime I come here which is confusing because I literally get it every month. Like wouldn't it make since go order considering you have a customer that picks it up each month. This place is the worst

As a Technician at a Healthcare Office, I find it unacceptable to wait on the phone for OVER 15 minutes and not even get an "I am sorry, I will be right with you"....At 16 minutes on the phone, someone picks up and puts you back on hold W/O acknowledgment. At 17 minutes and 40 seconds, someone, once again, picks up and back on hold W/O acknowledgment.......I hung up at OVER 18 minutes W/O ANY ACKNOWLEDGMENT......I am now calling back and at 1 minute and 34 seconds, someone picks up and puts you right back on hold AGAIN, NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT. at 3 minutes and 55 seconds, it happens AGAIN......and, AGAIN at 6 minutes and 10 seconds. Once AGAIN, I hung up at 8 minutes on hold W/O ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I then called the store and asked for a manager and was given to a Jackie. I explained the issue and her response was "Just WAIT" (NO Apologies). I am now on the phone w/the Pharmacist Mohamad who was at the VERY LEAST, was less than Par. If I had to tell any of my pt's the Pharmacy/Store to NOT GO TO, it would be Walgreen's, and that applies to MOST Walgreens that I deal w/on a daily basis.**HORRIBLE**HORRIBLE**HORRIBLE**HORRIBLE**

Terrible pharmacy!! Waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind another car and they still haven't been waited on. I'm about to park and go in which I really didn't want to do I like the convenience of a drive thru... terrible terrible terrible

often out of stock of my particular perscribed medicine.. I don't think it's just me.usually seems understaffed, but they do the best they can. because it's the closet pharmacy to me, the convenience out way the problems.the store is always clean inside, and well stocked with most normal things you would find at a Walgreens.

I honestly wouldn't even give this pharmacy a star of I had the chance. Just writing a review to warn people to please go somewhere else for your prescriptions! Even read the reviews! When I was younger I never had a problem with this pharmacy because they had competent people working there! I just dealt with a very young woman at the counter who basically doesn't understand anything! I dropped off a script for my dog. It was a pain script for his treatments, I have a few left for him, so it wasn't extremely vital to have it right away. But literally took a week and a half to be filled. I called twice, the first time they wouldn't answer, and they basically lost the script until they figured out that they put my dog under his own profile? The woman said that he didn't have a phone number so they couldn't let me know his script was filled... Well, I'm the one that has the cell phone and he is supposed to be under my profile so this should have never happened. Then she gets snippy about her mistake. You also wait at least a half hour to an hour just to pick up. This pharmacy would be better if they cleaned house and started over. Or maybe just close down? ? I will never go to this Walgreens again. Beware to everyone that goes there.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. They constantly tell my husband on the phone that his script is in stock, just to show up and they do not have it after promising it to him. Last month we went through the drive thru and after taking his name, date of birth, and payment, the tech handed him a script for someone else. It was not even his and was a controlled substance. This is beyond illegal and the pharmacist Mohammed just brushed it off like it was not a big deal, just a mistake. We will be reporting this and he should lose his license. They are incredibly incompetent, slow, and have no clue what they are doing! Stay far away!
