Girl at the drive thru pharmacy window with long orange/yellow hair is just rude. No smile, nothing, just rude. If you don't want people to give you an attitude back, maybe you should actually smile and be nice. Stop being so short with people and actually ACT like you care. You're in the wrong business being so miserable. I get customer service sucks sometimes but you don't treat customers that are being nice to you like crap. Get a different job.

Total joke, power trip Betty wants to have an attitude because I'm frustrated no one told me I need to bring my vaccine card to have a booster and walk away from me and ignore me. Never shopping at Walgreens again in LIFE! PROMISE THAT!

Absolutely awful service go a mile and a half down the road to the other Walgreens do not use this pharmacy. Pharmacist ask you what you need multiple times walk away don't accomplish what you asked and don't even come back..

Horrible customer service, I've ran into 2 terrible pharmacist here they are rude, don't worry explain things properly and are not patient with anybody. Do not go here go to the Meijer on mound and 12 mile they are 1000 times better.

Still having problems switching from one pharmacy to a different location one. It's been two months and 4 phone calls and I can't get my scripts filled at my new location after moving cause the old location keeps filling them

I've attempted to do a pick up order from this store 3 times now due an injury; each time, 30 minutes after the order has been placed, I receive an email that my order has been cancelled. No explanation, items still appear to be in stock. The email includes a coupon code for 15% off my next pick up order, which feels a little bit like rubbing salt in the wound. I'll definitely take my business somewhere else going forward.

Is there some problem with the workers at the pharmacy? They don’t try, they don’t want to try, they don’t care, they don’t want to care.They are the rudest, most obnoxious, least knowledgeable pharmacy staff I have ever encountered in my entire life. Sometimes I am forced to come here because I live nearby. They do everything they can to make my visit completely miserable every time I go there. Whether it’s making me wait endlessly or not putting in any effort whatsoever to get my insurance to go through, it is abundantly clear that they do not want to deal with me and they do not want to deal with any other customers that are around me.TheyDoNotWantYouHerePeriodt.

This is my second time visiting here. Although there is free covid testing at this location, the customer service does not exist and is unbelievable. They do not prepare properly to the schedule time. The first time I came, they did not print out the paperwork for the test in advance nor did they label my vile like they should at other Walgreen locations. Then the second time, I scheduled for a 9 am which is the time they open. I arrived and no pharmacist was even there, they weren't even opened. I arrived at 9:02 am. Then a pharmacist assisted us and asked us to to wait bcuz no paperwork were printed yet. Since they know that there is a 9 am appointment then they need to prepare in advance bcuz then they have people waiting after one another in the drive thru and if they can't prepare in advance then do not take 9 am appointments. Simple.

Rude cashier.. When you’re ringing someone up you should ask how their is going or if they found everything alright but no got the silent treatment.. Like I don’t get why Walgreens even has someone like that. But whatever I didn’t want to talk to her a$$ anyway
