I don’t understand the 2.3 stars! I come here multiple times a week and every person here is smiling and polite. I actually enjoy coming here!

My experience here has always been good. Friendly staff and efficient at working thru the sometimes long lines.
Also have had various mail carriers over my 25 years in Warren and I can’t complain about any of them!

I have never been to a post office that is as friendly and helpful as the Warren post office on mound road. I have been to a few in my time
