I recently got pods because we were moving and I thought it would be great to pack at a pace and have my pads outside it's so hard to schedule be prepared to be on the phone questions questions watch what he quotes you it'll be wrong the next time if you go over one day it'll be a whole week charge they couldn't bring it up by the garage by my house they said if it rained it would be terrible and they made complete truck marks at the new house on my lawn and my new neighbors they will not compensate it turned out to be very expensive we wanted it picked up on a day that we would have been charged a whole another week so they're not very flexible the guy that delivered our pod was miserable miserable talked about the company it was terrible I give it a thumbs down don't do it it's not cheap and to me the customer service not good thank you

my poss were in auction status, i paid the $3200 before it was auctioned off and get my 2 pods & numerous things are missing!! they crazy part i took pictures of the pods cleaned out but notice they were "not" the same pods i originally had dropped at my home!!

My belonging were in storage over a year. There was no stale smells in any of the furniture. Black/yellow totes held of great. Nothing was broken or damaged. Everyone was professional in dress and conduct. S. Turner

Ordered 1 container they sent 2. I requested they pick up the 2nd container, they did. The 1st container they moved to different part of my driveway, blocking 1/2 of my driveway. I requested they move the container, they said they would charge me $221 to move the container were I originally requested it be placed. Spoke with a customer advocate several times. Every thing is apparently my fault. Can't wait for my home to get repaired from a fire we had, so I can get this PODS container out of my driveway.

I really like using Pods Moving and Storage. I've never had a problem with bugs or moisture problems. I used the in 2012 to relocate and now with just storage usage. It was easy to call get thru the proess very easy and easy access when needed. They are higher priced than most. They are more professional and accommodating.

Great experience! Dropped off and picked up exactly as I requested, even thou the drop off was moved up! The product was perfect and easy to use and pickup was a breeze !! Highly recommend!!

Had two containers delivered from storage to sort through them and consolidate to a single container. Once we got started we quickly realized we needed a 3rd container temporarily so we could have a little extra space to work as both original containers were packed very tightly.I had the pods delivered to a non-profit organization who kindly let me use their parking lot as a favor to me. Which makes the following even worse because it made me look horrible and made them regret their kindness.Starting with the two original containers: they Ignored my instructions on delivery (written in the order), which resulted in them tearing down a utility line. The driver showed me that my instructions weren't given to the driver on their sheet so they just did whatever they wanted (badly). Took them a couple of days to move those two containers after that, partly because they needed the utility company to come out and fix the lines they broke first. In the meantime I had ordered a 3rd container which they said would be delivered in couple of days from my order as the earliest window. On the day of delivery of the 3rd container I was given a window of 9:30am to 12:30pm -- they didn't arrive until almost 6:30pm which caused a lot of problems for us. No communication on the delivery of the 3rd container's timeframe day of delivery so after spending a day sorting and organizing we were panicked because we had a pile of stuff we needed to store in what was a non-existent 3rd container until the very last moment. The driver's response was just he was busy today, and "maybe if you call corporate they'll do something about it"Then, on pickup they were impossible to work with. I called to confirm that all three containers were picked up (as I wasn't on-site) - at this point it was two empty containers and one full and the first person told me my credit card was declined, the second told me that wasn't true but couldn't tell me what was going on with the containers. All while it took 30 minutes of hold time between the two.The pickup time was important because they were all scheduled to be picked up on the same day and following that we had a dumpster/bagster being picked up of trash. The bagster couldn't be picked up until the pods were gone.I eventually had someone else just go to the property and confirm they were gone.The containers themselves are nice enough and get the job done.. After a year in storage the two containers we started with were in great condition without any leaks, etc. but the customer service and competence is just a total mess. I am not looking forward to having the container re-delivered when I'm ready for it and having to deal with the company again.

This is my first time using PODS. The experience thus far has been awesome. They have been very accommodating based on the uncertainty of my move. Shout out to my driver Noah S, very courteous and professional in delivering the container to me and being in time. Thanks

Today we had our POD dropped off. Our driver Frank was amazing! We weren’t sure of where to put it and changed our minds a few times but Frank helped and was patient with us to make sure we were happy! Thank you so much Frank!

The first drop off driver gave me an argument about where to place the pod and took it back instead of listening. The supervisor was awesome and sent another driver who put it right where I wanted it but then the company charged me a rush fee that I had to call the supervisor back to get taken off. But they charged it twice and I had to call their customer service which is not in the US and the woman in billing didn't know what the fee was and swore it wasn't charged even though I kept telling her they took the money from my checking account. She put me on hold and hung up on me. The guy who picked up the pod was fine but if you need customer service deal directly with the supervisor, not customer service because they have no idea what they are talking about.

Both the PODS delivery and pick up Drivers (Ed, Frank) were very professional and accommodating during a stressful time. I especially want to recognize Frank, who waited about 45 minutes for the loaders to finish their work before he could do his, even though I was his last pick up on the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Frank really went above and beyond, and I am very grateful!

Frank (the driver that dropped off the POD) is the sort of employee that I would hire in my own business. He is kind, capable, and very professional. We were very impressed and very happy with his service.

Pods is great. It just works and you don't have to think about it. It's delivered when you want it and it's picked up when you want it. Perfect. 5 out of 5 stars.Their satisfaction survey has too many questions. 2 out of 5 stars.

My PODS delivery was outstanding each time. The drivers are very professional and friendly. I'm amazed at how accurately they can place the Pod exactly were you ask.The latest delivery driver Noah S. was great, I'm impressed with his delivery and pick up process. I will gladly recommend PODS to all of my friends.

Gary T. is awesome! Thankful for him & our driveway being big enough because the PODS company told us that we could have these put on the grass, but that is not the case. Watching the process is pretty cool & Gary was very careful with our property & the POD itself. Thanks Gary!
