They always call me just before close of business -- I'm at work, so I cannot answer. Each and every time I've made time during the day to call them back, no one ever answers.

Impossible to get anybody on the phone for assistance/info on my account. I spend a lot of money with this bank through my business and it's not worth it. Very frustrating, Highly not recommended.

Told me over the phone that i could come get a new card before 5. Got here before 5 and a sign on the door stated they have closed early due to the weather, although I’d just driven in a blizzard to get a new card …. And now i am without a card before the holidays !

It’s a dumpster fire at PNC. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It took an hour to make a withdrawal. They sent my debit card and ID to another customer. I said I wanted someone in upper management to call me and they did. When they called me they said there was nothing they would do for me. It’s been awful for years this is just the straw that broke my back.

The ATM here never opened up to allow me to make a withdrawal, so I have to call because they don't have some sort of automated failsafe to prevent this issue.
