What a nightmare!! Keep looking for a reputable company.If you have used N and M and are unhappy, please contact the better business bureau. N and M needs to be rated by the BBB so consumers are aware.13 months after hiring N and M ( Nate and Tom) my fireplace leaks worse than before I hired them. It rained the day the project was “ completed” and water was coming in like crazy.The leaks have never been resolved and that’s what they were hired for.Nate refuses to rectify the issues he has been paid for and charged me for items that were never put on.Picture attached was take on 8/24/2023 after a night of rain.

I can't speak to this companies work. However I live across the street and it is horrible. They have relocated their entire buisness entrance for construction equipment from their Groesbeck address onto the commercial vehicles prohibited residential zoned side street. They routinely leave vehicles running blocking the street Impeding traffic while they attend to other buisness. They have damaged my driveway entrance using it as their personal turn around on the street with their overweight construction vehicles. I just had to call the police because their unleashed dog tried to bite me and they decided to pound on my house and damage my personal property in response until the police arrived. I'm sure they do great work, but they are rude and inconsiderate people.

We had N&M remove an existing concrete patio and then install paver stones. The entire process from getting an estimate, to design, to completion was very easy. Any questions were always quickly answered. The patio looks great and we are very happy with the finished product. A couple things they did that I appreciated was they removed an old drain pipe from a gutter going into the ground and replaced it with new pipe going out into the yard (about 20 ft) away from the bricks. This was not in the quote and they did not charge anything for this. They also leveled out the patio to the yard with dirt and then seeded it. They also placed dirt and seed in areas around the driveway that they were not even working around. I would use them again if I need any more work done.

So happy with this company . I am an employee here and I can tell you that we as a team and I personally believe that the work we do for our clients is the best . I’m proud to work here and see the creations we build and it’s a good feeling !

Had some work done from this company last year as a referral contractor that we could trust. We used them for a concrete patio and everything went smooth. There were lots of people that showed up after the permitting went through. Too many workers throughout the day to even take a count. Always polite, and courteous. The driveway and patio were done within a day and it was worth it. Previously, we had a lot of water buildup near our door, and around the garage. This problem no longer exists. The patio was finished before days end, and even stamped. When they were down, we finished with a Behr acid stain kit from Home Depot .We were then finally, able to enjoy our season on our new patio. A huge thumbs up to N&M Restoration and their crew. I highly recommend them.

Had some work done from this company last year as a referral contractor that we could trust. "Long story , what led us to need to find a contractor we could trust ,but yeah we used them for a concrete patio and everything went smooth , a lot of people showed up after the permitting was done, it was gangbusters time , I think I counted 19 people all working like machines . The driveway and patio were done within that same day and it was worth it ! All the water doesn't build by our screen side door anymore, we had our garage would build water...not anymore ! The patio was sunken before the day and even stamped the concrete in the patio. Which we finished with Bhear acid stain kit from Home Depot . Finally we enjoyed a season worth of time with it and all is well and that's why I'm reviewing them today , good work guys's , all of you .

My patio and yard looks amazing. Carlos and the crew did a great job. My yard was a total mess from the start. We had a total regrade, stump grinding, and brand new patio with fire pit walkway. Despite weather delays they did a superb job. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a few jobs for N&M. We had our chimney torn down and they built a new one. We had our patio pavers raised to the height of the driveway we got last year. In a few places the mortar between the bricks was missing so they ground it out and replaced it. They also put a new step in at the back door. They did this all in one day. Couldn't be more pleased with the job. Would definitely recommend this company.Services: Repointing

We hired N&M to widen an existing driveway with pavers and replace porch with matching pavers. In short, the results were awesome! Completely enhanced the curb appeal and provided the functional need for more driveway space. The only complaint was when the existing sprinkler system was shifted, it was not done properly causing us an additional expense for the sprinkler company to repair. All is in working order now.The sales person, team lead and crew were professional, responsive and very efficient. The job was originally estimated to take 2 days, but they finished in 1 without sacrificing quality.Service: Custom masonry

These folks were very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They fixed my crumbling chimney and removed my cracked garage floor and replaced it. They kept me in the loop the entire time and their work is very high quality. Very hard to find contractors like this. I am going to hire them for my sidewalk next.Services: Stone masonry

Used N&M in 2020 for a front porch and walkway. Cannot recommend.The team performing the actual work was really great: skilled, courteous and professional.The sales and management team were another story. Communications throughout were awful and completely un-professional. The job was underbid (intentionally? ) and then they tried to force me into an upsell. The work crew knew that the job required footers all along. Nate bid the job without footers saying he ‘knew a guy at the city”. When we had to add the footers in later it doubled the original price.Additionally, they did not install the design that was agreed upon, or the one that was approved by the city. Nate redesigned it, only to have his redesigned walkway crack within 6 months. Due to the redesigns, negotiating over price, and N&Ms refusal to put anything in writing, this fairly small job took about 4 months to complete.

Nice people. U can enter from Groesbeck and exit from helle. I had bunk truck , moved my tandems all the way to the front while exiting from helle. Look for overhead wires when entering the premises.
