Worst customer service ever. Called to see about my pickup order that got “delayed”. They never gave me a time so naturally i called to see what the new pickup time was. Employee on the phone was extremely defensive and rude when i asked about the order. This happens every single time i place a pickup order with them. I will not be doing this again. If you all hate your job so much just quit

Stopped in to check out the weekly ad and to pickup a few things. The store wasn't overly crowded but there were shoppers bustling around picking up on some of the Kroger features of the week.I shop to get the Fetch points, LOL..I know lame, but every bit helps. Plus I am able to use the receipts on other apps.Didn't pickup a whole lot but $94 dollars later I had 10 bags. The shelves were full and there were plenty of employees should one need to ask any questions. The store was clean except for the sink in the bottle return as there was sever mold around the caulk on the sink to wash your hands after doing bottle returns.All the staff was very polite, professional and helpful. CJ, Amber, and the other two employees (who unfortunately, I had their names while I was there but at the time of this writing I couldn't remember all but the two mentioned...sorry to the other employees)Highly recommend coming here. Prices are comparable to Meijers, Value Fresh, Oakridge, Shopper's Market and Cattlemens, that are here in the area.Plenty of parking, handicap parking, baskets, handicap motorized wheelchairs, acceot cash, credit cards, debit cards, WIC/EBT.Check on hours as I believe they open at 6:30am and closes at 10pm.

They don't answer their phone so I wasted my time and gas to come and find out that the bottle return was closed at 6:50pm and no signs of the hour's of operations

Slow, ghetto, and poorly managed…Lines to the back of the store.I was forced out of a shorter line and into a longer one just because they wanted to close a register down…asked a manager why he couldn’t open one and run it and Anthony tells me he isn’t allowed to cause of labor laws. What kind of manager can’t run a register? Terrible service, and will never come back. I will be reporting to corporate

Rip off and your customer service is absolutely horrible. I have shopped here for 36 years. I will not enter this store again or spend $1 at this location. Customer service at 805 p.m. on May 31st 2023 needs some additional training. A digital coupon is a digital coupon and should be honored for five items not one. I'm done with this location and the company for that matter and will tell everybody and anybody who will listen that Kroger is a lying false advertising scamming company.You could have credited my $5 and I would have been happy. Now you have lost a 36 year customer. Shame on this company, store, and management for allowing this to happen and not making it right. "You can come return your items tomorrow morning and repurchase them," I was told. Why is that necessary? Take care of the customer when the customer is there. Don't tell them to come back... People have jobs. I do mine 500% everyday.... Where's your work ethic customer service? Maybe it'll be there tomorrow...
