February 5, 2022Today, I was very disappointed in my service and this is the 3rd time I had a bad experience at this location. I seat in the drive-through for over 45-50min, one line open with 7 cars in front of me for the black lady bank teller to tell me they were closed and wasn't accepting any more cars behind the line that I had never seen. The car in front of me was seen and they were also behind the line when they shut the light off but were able to complete their transition. It's sad because All them cars were in line when I got in line at 11:10 am and they don't close till 12 pm.An it was after 12pm when she took the car in front of me. If she wasn't so slow doing transactions I probably would have been able to complete mine.So I will not be using this location in the future.I just continue to use the onein Hamtramck where I am respected as a customer.Although the Hamtramck location doesn't have a drive-through anymore im okay with that.My experience has always been good and i'm always treated we'll even when they had a drive-through.

Don’t even bother, odds are both ATM’s are out of order and there are 100 cars in line with one teller lane open.

Terrible & slow service. The manager Sam, who's doing his best impression of the Kool-Aid Man cant open the bank on time or do his job properly. Fire him already or lose even more customers!

Sam IS USELESS NO WONDER THEY HAVE 2 STARS. I GIVE -1 IF I COULDI'm 2 hours from home my son had to deposit money he had my full name full address this has never happened before my husband puts money in without my account number EVERY WEEK. LAZIEST BRANCH EVER!!! I need money for antibiotics HE REFUSED TO DEPOSIT IN MY ACCOUNT! SHAME he has a job and the other snotty rude woman.

Long lines on both the drive through and inside... And no one seems to care. They get paid my the hour and it shows. If you don't have enough staff.. Close this location like you've done others. Gone off the days of good customer service for Huntington Bank.. They've gotten too big and forgotten us little people.

I seriously have no idea why this bank is open I keep giving it another try thinking that they've gotten their ATMs fixed or retrained their employees.. but no. Just left the location to find out that both of the ATMs are not working.

My husband uses this location and never has had a problem inside or with the ATM machine. And also, thank you for letting me wait inside where it was warm the day my car broke down. And to be honest people you say they are slow, try fifth third then you will see who's slow trust me I bank at fifth third which will be changing soon.
