These guys are the real deal. Very professional. There was a problem with one of our rentals and they immediately came out and swapped us with a new one. Highly recommend. Craig was very professional and friendly. Definitely deserves a raise.

The customer service is second to none. The moment you walk in to Chet’s you feel like your at a mom and pop shop, filled with warm smiles. I rented a stump grinder and it broke during the day, they sent out out there lead technician Paris within the hour. Paris had the stump grinder up and running within a hour. They also credited me for my inconvenience. I would highly recommend Chet’s rental to anyone
