There is a white guy who was taking care of us.We didn’t finish to buy and he moved to taking care of other customers.I tell him we are not done and he was angry type to looking at us.And moved to another register for taking care other customers

This is a review for James at this store. He is a delivery driver that helps out our company, Dado Collision of Warren, MI. He always has our parts delivered to us quick and brings them back into the garage for us. When we can not figure out a part or have questions, he helps us, at our business, and in the store. He has also went beyond his job by delivering after 6pm, after deliveries are closed, just to make sure we don’t have to wait til the next day to get parts.~ Sam, Dado Collision

Showed up at 5 to 8am, need to buy rotors, pads, and other stuff for work truck. Store was closed, and no one inside. Waited 10 min and no one showed up. Was in a hurry, and had to go to O'Reilly's down the road and spend over $600 there, instead. Probably won't be going to AutoZone any time in the near future.Not a good way to run a business when you’re not even there to serve your customer, especially in a customer service based industry.

This location is very bad I buy transmission. They tell me two days will be here and I wait 20 days in the and I canceled my order when I come to buy it. I wait 15 minutes when I come back to cancel the order I wait another 20 minutes I recommend go buy from any collagen and don’t buy from this location or AutoZone.
