Made an an appt through the internet for 3:00 last Thursday. Got there a few minutes early and went inside. Once someone greeted us, we told her we had a 3 o'clock appt. She then told us we had a 30 minute wait before we could be seen. What? When I asked why did we bother to make an appointment if we had to wait for all the other people to be seen before they would bother to see us and she copped an attitude like the nerve if us to question her! I've been a LONG time Verizon customer (20+ years), but after this I'll probably be switching to another carrier.

I hate to say it, but if you're black don't expect any type of customer service at this location. In the future I will drive 15 minutes to a different location than go to this location which is a 2 minute drive from where I live.

Came to upgrade 3 phones and was told that they don't do that here anymore. Everything is done online and by calling telesales. I don't know why they even have stores anymore. They don't have any inventory I was told and they don't do any services. They were turning people away by making impossible to even ask questions. I heared we will close early about 15 times in 15 minutes by the same person to the same 5 people in the "Corporate" store. Smh

Very dissatisfied with this Verizon location. I’ve been here all of 3 times and have only had one decent experience which was thanks to Brian Rumph. I’ve been to this store, not greeted upon entering. And stood there waiting for help. As other customers have walked in and been greeted and helped before me. I was speaking with a sales representative and she stopped to assist two other guests in front of me. At that point I walked out. I was looking to switch cellular services and now I won’t bother returning to this location. Disgusted. I won’t reach for saying my race is an issue but that seems to be the common issue with shopping in the Utica, Sterling Heights and Shelby township areas.

Full disclosure: I've worked at a competing phone business for 2 years and am leaving my position. This store has consistently denied helping anyone who isn't signing on for a new line of service. In some cases they've even lied to customers that they need new phones. In many cases I've seen talk customers into buying an expensive phone and send them to other businesses to complete activations and transfers saying that other places will just do it for free. I advise you stay away from this location. This isn't right.
