This place is really a dump - dirty all the time with outdated and broken equipment inside. Postage machine is ridiculous. It should be fast and easy to drop off mail and purchase stamps. It is never that simple.

Arrived at 1:25pm today to find the gate closed and a handwritten note on it stating "Closed until 2:30pm." For over an hour?? I understand if you are short-handed and need to grab a bite to eat, but an entire hour?? Give ME a break! 30 minutes would be acceptable. 60 minutes+ is not. You are the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE....not a Lakeside Mall store. Unprofessional as always with this branch.

As typical, the lack of any sort of customer service is prevalent at the Utica location as well. Build back better has this post office absent of the necessary supplies to conduct business. Utter disappointment, but expected.

12-07-2023 (a Thursday with no holidays) at 2:50pm they are closed. This is not acceptable for a business that we need to rely on.

It appears as though this location is consistantly operated by just one postal service employee. She appears to be overworked. May be reason for her unfriendly demeanor. However i find that speaking to her with kindness & empathy brightens her attitude.

Despite the negative recent Google Map reviews, I had no problems sending my package at this USPS location last week (12/2022). The line was quick, parking was plentiful, the package arrived on time, and the employees were friendly.

Went to ship a package at 3pm on 11/17.
Its a sign that says we will be back at 4:45pm. You close at 5pm. What a waste of time.

One person working today... Mail drum jammed... Waited 20 minutes to hand off postage paid items do to no counter space to leave them. I hope it gets better.

Not satisfied with this postal office. The workers here are rude, and seem inconvenienced to do their job. Each time i’ve gone in, it seems they are just trying to get the most money out of you.I thought a postal office was a professional place, but that is not my experience here. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This USPS location has delivered multiple packages to me an signed FOR me every time. This is illegal to do, and has also lead to many of my packages being stolen. Many of these packages were over the $100 coverage that USPS offers.
